  1. Last chance before ebay guys, about half a week more. Thanks, any questions please feel free to send me a message, post in here or email. Just fitted a brand new pull start onto it, 30 quid as with the last one the cord was getting a little knackered, looked a little worn too so thought it would be best to just fit a new one. Engine is still in mint condition.
  2. Whoops, sorry guys kinda forgot about this thread. Yes it's still for sale. Please P.M me or email. I will keep a closer eye on these threads now too, sorry about that! And yes, I think you can fit a .21 engine in the Revo.
  3. Hi everyone, I have a O.S. 21 VG-PX (pull start) engine up for sale. As it's pull start there is no need to lug around a massive starter, perfect for bashing or racing. The engine is in perfect condition, the head is very slightly scratched but it's nothing more than cosmetic and you can't notice it unless looking for it. Never ran without a air filter, never ran lean, heatcycle break in. Always ran on the rich side, no max throttle for longer than 3-4 seconds. After run oil used. As you can see I play it safe with engines. It's had under 2 US gallons of Byron GEN 2, original box and manual brought brand new from shop. The engine runs great, real good speed out of it, and is fuel economic too. Starts up in the first couple of pulls. If picking up you can see the engine running at the field next to my house or my garden, no problems. I have the full receipt and it's only had about 1/4 of it's 2 year warranty used up. I am from the UK, willing to post but I will have to find out the price of postage. Pick-up is welcome too, Berkshire, England, UK (P.M for more info). I would like 50 pounds I paid over 100 pounds for this engine when new, less than half price. Paypal or cash on collection both fine with me. Feel free to make me a offer too. Thank you.
  4. That's correct, keep trying to start it up, prime it again a few times to get rid of all the fuel in the lines also. Hehe, another one of the LHS's BS about the car at a angle. No need to store the car at any angle, if you wish to store the car in a certain way then it's best to store it with the suspension and wheels unsprung. Also it helps using a decent fuel, some LHS's give out fuel with to much oil in, because they make profit and/or they don't know any better. I suggest Byron RACE Gen 2 fuel or one of the Tornado range (although not as good as Byron's).
  5. nut-nut you have to much time on your hands .
  6. Ouch, how did they kill the clutches so fast? I'm even running a odd one out atm but it's been working fine, perfect, I thought I should change them all because I really wouldn't think running a odd one out would be much good for performance! (Very similar but one is slightly different cut). I've been running it like this ever since I got it, no problems! Ah, thanks Merlin, they look great, oh well! Next time!
  7. Glad that you got it sorted mate, I should check for air leaks on my engine I think!
  8. Even if that particular one is good, all the rest are terrible and I doubt the part support/quality is that great though TBH. I have only ever seen one in real life, and I didn't like what I saw but I've never owned one...
  9. Stay away from anything with the word nitrotek on it mate!
  10. Ah okay that's just made my mind up, it's just they're expensive and so is everything else in the shop compared to abroad. Sorry, but I google the parts and they're the same price in dollars! I'll go for it then! Just went through another plastic hub today and I lost my e-clip . This one says it comes with them so that's good. Hot Bodies Lightning Stadium Pro Hi-Tensile Screw Kit Hong Nor Long Life Aluminium Clutch Shoes (heard they're good, don't think much of my current ones eek!) Put to use my clutch tool Hong Nor 1/8th Manifold Seals (Pair) (might as well for my JP-4) What's the difference between the rubber ones and the silicone ones? That'll do me fine for a bit, I would much rather just spend my money on fuel though . I'll order it now. Edit: Ordered!
  11. Hey guys, not a big fan of JEspares, is there anywhere else I can order a screw kit that's similar to the JEspares one? I don't mind if it's from HK/USA/ebay etc! http://www.jespares.com/radio-controlled-m...-screw-kit.html It doesn't matter if it's stainless steel either. Thanks.
  12. I would love to just stick it in the carb (other than the air filter issue) but why do they state in pretty much all the manuals that ARO does effect o-rings, I completely agree with you, don't get me wrong but they do say that...
