  1. not the spur gear side rear shock by any chance is it?
  2. same deal here, the games i have on Xbox One haven't been interesting me, i've had it about 6 months now and it had about 10 hours use so far.
  3. shame theres no matches, could have used them to burn this thread.
  4. yeah i know what you mean, The Crew was one that looked great, turns out it gets boring real fast if your mates don't play it with you. i've enjoyed both Fallout 3 and New Vegas, while i prefer Fallout 3 as my top game, New Vegas is the one i prefer playing for some reason, New Vegas did several things that i like, such as weapon mods and ammo benches, but they also missed out on a few thing, the custom weapons being my main gripe with it. Fallout 4 looks great for sure but i'm reserving judgement until i play it (Fallout 3 is my #1 with New Vegas being #2) there are afew things i like such as settlements and the crazy amount of mods for weapons and armor, however i have a concern they may have gone for too much too quickly and it may take away from the for game. what will make it of break it for me is the main story line, FO3's was really good, NV's was lacking abit imo, i liek the options the games give you but i think NV just gave you too many, there needs to be some linearity to the story imo more so for a game such as this that has an extensive Lore behind it. in any case i'm looking forward to playing it in november, if its going to be worth the wait (game been worked of like 7 years or something stupid) is a question that will remain unanswered until then. its a bit annoying that we don't know anything about the story line, other than your character somehow survived 200 years in a vault and no one else did.
  5. FO3 and FO4 are made by more or less the same team FO:NV was actually made by a different company, not Bethesda themselves.
  6. Selling this Hubsan X4 spent a while in its box and just hasn't been used at all, the blades on it have afew battle scars which tends to be normal for these indoor quads but it still has the spare blades, done of which have been used. you will need 4 AAA batteries for the TX but other than that you have everything you need to set up and fly this around you living room good for getting and idea of what its like to fly a quad. Asking for
  7. should put this in the wanted section but i have a bnip proline desert rat shell here.
  8. its difficult to do rc things when you're looking for a job and have no money.
  9. not yet got a memory card for the camera but while i wait to get that i've started getting other things set up, like one of the mounting points i had 3d printed awhile ago.
  10. had a baja shell since may and still not painted it, its still in its packet lol mini recon has been waiting for a rx for the last 6 months it took me almost a year just to solder 2 bullet connectors on my hong nor's esc been meaning to put together a video of my baja flux since i finished building it 6 months ago petrol baja got a new engine kill switch and exhaust 4 months ago, still haven't run it to see if it works ok. been wanting to sell my hubsan x4 for almost a year.
  11. running a baja....its over in a snap
  12. so while i was under my bed looking for some parts i have stored under there i came across a Proline Desert Rat body shell, still sealed in its packaging just sitting under my bed. i remember buying it but not being sure what to paint on it so i left it alone and apparently forgot about it, thanks to this thread i was able to look back to find i got this shell 4 months ago and i still don't know what to paint on it, think i may just keep the current one and sell this, no sense keeping it......i could always go back to the Barney shell though lol anyway thats actually not what i wanted to talk about, after the landing that broke my go pro i've since bought one of them SJ4000 cameras, nothing special, was only about
  13. Pictures would probably explain better than i can in words so:
  14. lipo buzzer could be used but the voltage difference between life and lipo are very different wouldn't get you much run time before going off, unless you could find an adjustable one you could take to say 4-5volts
  15. i use a life to power the rx, steering servo and esc fans on the baja flux, mainly because its easier than wiring a bec on there. the one i have is a Turnigy Nano-Tech 2 cell, 2000 mah and 20c discharge it run perfectly fine on the flux, its only 2000 mah but its lasted a fair bit though i've not run it down completely due to the problems i've had getting the flux sorted out wouldn't have an issue fitting it to my petrol one though, its only 6.6volts so no regulator needed and as far as i know while it has a volt curve like a lipo does it doesn't suffer from low voltage and can be used more like a nimh or nicad battery.
  16. yea that'll happen, had an issue with the drive cups in both the diff and hub but the dog bones have held so far gearbox case only got replaced because the engine i had at the time literally exploded, put a nice dent in it thanks to a bent screw. hubs i've not had a problem with but that most likely because i only run them for about have a tank at a time, i get bored after that usually. the steering servo did break at one point, but i upgraded it with the metal gears and its been fine since, though its been awhile since the last time i cleaned it out. i think all the servos on the hpi bajas now come with the metal gears but i'm not too sure. as for the suspension arms, i'm still using the ones that came with the car when i got it out the box, bit sloppy on the front end (not that new ones are any better mind) but it is the one part i'm surprised hasn't broken yet.
