Sorry to jump in, are the nubz any good for grass and are they are direct fit for a savage x 4.6. The tyres on the truck now just slide when turning on grass, all good fun but the turning circle of a bus cheers

ha im learning everything the hard way, first lesson learnt was take fuel with you ha got 12 of these and 12 of the smaller screws yesterday and quite a few odds and bobs with the car, lots of shiney things too

Thanks again, yes they are waterproof. I got this truck of a relative and hes put a lot of time and money into it so dont wanna ruin it yet. on a plus side the screws come this morning, gonna threadlock them into place and hopefully get the boy out tomorrow thanks for your time

thats why I asked about the fuel so no need to restart, with been new to this im always a bit paranoid im not gonna get it started. decieded to wait fornthe screws as my boy is only 7 and he drives it like it is a hire car. next question, running cars in the rain, is this ok or not. thank you all again, I appreciate the advice.

Until now, as a total newbie to the world of nitro and getting my son a savage x 4.6 for his birthday, ive a couple of questions. even this sounds daft to me but, can you refuel while the engine is running ? Glow plugs, how long do they hold a charge ? For example if I charge them and dont use them for a week, will they still be ok or need a top up. and last one, ive lost a couple of screws from the chassis side, got some on order but wont be here till monday, can we still use the car or are we best of waiting. many thanks martyn

well my old car is tired, she ain't as fast as she was. so is it the motor or the batterys ? to be honest with having a young family i never plan time with my car, so the batterys only get a fast charge. now i dont know much about rc (understatement of the year) but if i replaced the motor, what should i get ? all i know now, is its a 19 turn and it looks like it has the name stater or statar on it. or should i get some batterys first and charge them properly first and see how she goes ? thanks in advance

its a TL-01B bud, sure i read somewhere its the same but the B is for buggy, but i could be wrong. think i read that too about the suspension arms too

i think a hbx truck shell fits the baja king, that would do me but prefer a plain one not multi coloured and stickered up, the esc will they be ok with a 19turn motor ? forgive me for been thick but i know as much about rc cars as i do about brain surgery. will i not need to alter suspension and such like, i got some wheels and tyres off the bay last nite dont know if there fit but for 4 quid delivered i'll take a chance also anyone know what part number i need for Body posts to fit a new shell thanks people

ello peeps, i wanna do a conversion on my baja king to a road/rally car, i am a novice at this hobby, and dont really know where to start, i quite enjoy tinkering with my car ( well i break it that much i have to tinker ) so any help or advice will be great also what parts do i need, what bodyshells will fit,also all i know about this car is its ballraced and has a 19 turn motor in it, it also has a mechanical speed controler i would like to fit a Electronic one but i aint a clue which one, sorry for all the questions but hey you dont know to you ask, many thanks in advance martyn.
