iv had afew issues with wrong items being sent, one time i had a problem an item takeing 3 weeks to get & seller ignoring my emails, i informed paypal/opened a case & the seller ignored that to. his last time to reply was the monday & the item arrived on the tuesday so i got all my money bacy & had the item.
the seller SUDDENLY started emailing me (i know why didnt he reply previously) saying he would take me to a small claims court, ignored all his emails & nothing came of it.
Think the way paypal handles returns is bad as surely its not your/my fault the seller sent the wrong item so why should we have to pay extra to get what we payed for
