  1. Steering is a bit jerky but it seems to have righted it's self again I think it's definitely the radio, I've been looking at some of the dumbo rc controller's as I want 1 controller for about 4 different cars is this possible
  2. Hi this monster truck is causing me lots of problems, OK this I think is a radio problem I have changed the motor to a lower kv new pinion and gear, it's also had a new rear gear box for previous problem. So the motor is jerking when I try going a low revs some times it's OK and sometimes not other other times no response from the remote at all , the battery is fine a 5200mah 50c lipo. So I have included a video to see what members think it maybe, plus the remote has been binded Thanx for looking received_1080001903297142.mp4
  3. It's OK now and everything is work as it should Thanx
  4. Hi if I get another motor with a lower kv, would the 60a esc i have already be OK for it
  5. Hi there well the buggy is working as it should now, it was the rear diff put in the wrong way, I would not have sorted without all the replies Thank you
  6. Thanx for the swift reply I will check this shortly it doesn't look like the rear or front is upside down maybe something in side.????
  7. Hi not a daft question, I have just checked this and the back wheels are going forward and the front wheels are going in reverse, so when I got this it must have had something done to the rear diff I'm guessing now. I have asked guy who I got it off, was anything done to the rear diff, he said he isn't sure as someone looked at it for him. So how do I go about sorting this Thanx for the not so stupid question
  8. Hi today I took the drive shaft off and tried the buggy and everything working OK except no front wheel drive and no juddering, as soon as soon as I put the drive shaft back in it goes back to wheels locked and the buggy juddering. I have checked the front and rear diff they are turning as they should. So do you think I it still maybe the motor I do have a motor to go in just got to find a battery different connector
  9. The motor is a king Kong 3650 brushless 4500kv plus a 60A esc, and the battery is a lipo 7.4v 5200Ah 50c
  10. I have just changed the pinion and spur as I thought it was that, but still the same. The pinion and spur was changed like for like 17T / 64T
  11. Hi there I've not long been given a HiSpeed 1/10 monster truck with brushless motor, and the problem is I hold the buggy off the ground and accelerate the wheels go round no problem. But when I put it on the ground it just judders and doesn't move, I have checked most things drive cups etc all tight any ideas ,???? Motor maybe
  12. Been a long time since I posted this thread about wheels not spinning. The thing is when I changed the pull start for a roto start I put back the one way bearing the wrong way so when I was starting the engine it started backwards and that was the problem. So now the engine starts the right way and now the wheels are turning correctly. Sorry to be a pain but the way I solved it was by back tracking what I had done then realising what I had done 🙄
  13. To what I can see I can't see a slipper clutch just a 2 speed drive clutch are they the same thing I'm not sure see pic
  14. Hi I have checked the bell housing while running the engine at high revs and the clutch is engaging, so I don't think its the clutch. I have also checked all the shafts couplers and all seem to be tight and working as they should. Also I have read about slipper clutches is this just electric motors or does it apply to nitro engines as well????
  15. Hi I have checked the flywheel that turns the engine over and the bell houseing is spinning, also I had a close look at the flywheel and there is tiny drilled hole in it, should there be a grub screw in it???
