bit more progess but snapped 2 ball studs in alloy tower 😕 Now that had put a spanner in workz, had a brain storm on what could use pulled out trusty ts4n spares box an had a browse an found 4 ball studs an adjustable turnbuckles however i reverted back to stock tower an hubs due to thread type on thunder tiger studs are coarse an Xrider is fine thread. out with brush an laid first coat onto rocker( next time going to spray it way quicker lol) Located spare castle esc best time to see if could be used/mounted without to much drama as hobbywing esc fits nice an neat.. Atad oversized for space allocated for esc the roll cage unable to be remounted to chassis if used 😪 got a tekin esc somewhere gonna give that a trail fit..

which belt replaced? If front or rear(diff) belt you may have refitted diff the wrong way? Car off ground an Rotate spur gear by hand whilst doing so see that both front & rear wheels are rotating in same direction if not a diff needs to be flipped around. Pm me if after some ts4n parts..

i got s50 sledgehammer been stood for 3 yr till i got it had to do some repairs. I also removed engine from truck an flushed it out with ( petrol) so too remove gunk from old fuel within crankcase(slightly seized engine) an sealed it ( back plate an carb neck to crankcase) prevention for airleaks. Running on sigma 25% fuel OS 8 plug, i left priming bulb on as is needed to prime this beast of engine.

Forgot had a losi motor knocking about.. In it went, did buy metal spur gear but shall run stock if/till chews up. Alloy rear hub n hex.

Little progress with front end tuesday

Stock forks are friction type, Seen alloy forks on offer thought/wishfull thinking they where oil filled now recieved them not so. Gonna pak it with some grease. Has 2 hole piston but No O ring insight Found the ends on shafts of forks loose from factory have to add some threadlock

New moldings prepped an base coat on 2nd coat Airfilter time (still wet)
