no offence but your wrong i used pinks and jap mediums in foam tyres at bedworth race track and they didnt wear down that quick and you could go even harder in the tyres like jap 50s which are very hard

no there is three screws that are at the front that screw through another piece of carbon fibre(what ever its made of) loosen them off a bit but dont take them all the way out, now there is a screw next to where your aerial pokes out unscrew that and there is one more i think its next to a hole drilled in the deck (may be a bit of black plastic in it) unscrew that also take out the black gromit thing. now because you have loosened off the screws at the front you can lift the deck up and slide the box out (you have to lift it high enough so the bits that stick up from the radio box arent in the top deck any more) this is how i did mine HTH?

hi i've lost the screws out of my exhaust on my rascal (they go through the engine then screw in) ive cable tied it on for a temporary measure but its still louder that it was (as if air is escaping sound like the exhaust isnt even there) can i still run it or will it cause damage to the car? Im trying to look for screws atm just really want to use it later. also if i cqan use it is there any thing else i need to do like richening it a little bit e.t.c? Any help appreciated

My rascal too rolls i put it down to being rasied off the floor quite a bit, one thing i found solve it is the tyres what are most bold put on the front so it understeers also when turning only turn slightly at the start and add more steering lock through the corner (so progressivly steer more through the bend) now i rarely roll mine

Do the two switches say REV and NORM next to them as i think that what they are if it does the switch the steering and throttle the different way so for the steering and if you turn right on the controller and the car goes left flick that so it turns the right way and two of the spinning things will set the throttle and steering trim, steering trim make it goe in a straight line (if the car turns left turn the spinning thing to the right until wheels are straight) the throttle open and closes the carb most people use it if the car creeps foward turn it so it stops I hope thats explained it a little and sorry if i've confused you more

Hi people just had a look at my car from the last bash i had with my m8s and noticed the fuel tubing and little stop had come off the brake linkage can anyone suggest where to get one and what a temporary fix could be as i really want to go play with it, also was it fuel tubing between the stop and the brake moving thing (sorry for the lame term dont know what it is) Any help appericiated

I know that with the 18T it was worth getting the RPM bumper as the other one use to break really easy here.... You can just move the motor mount along to make more room you just loosen off 3 screws to slide it, i would stick with standard gearing first and if it feels slow of the mark and you cant reach top end: try a smaller a pinion. if it feel lack of top end so you reach it to quickly: gear up (bigger pinion)

hi i too have a rascal great little cars i havent yet broken a thing on mine, at your price range for a transmiter i'd be looking at an Acom Techniplus there no advantage from having a wheel or stick controller its mainly on prefrence. I still have the glo start it come with but even though i have rechargables in it they still go flat quick so i recommend buying a new one, also i dont think you can fit a hump pack in the box so i recommend going on ebay and buying vapex 1100mah aaa batteries i use them and they last ages, also i would get a fail safe just in case hope thats helped you a bit
