  1. was gonna ask that myself, you must have a gyro rig or something on there? whatever it is it definatly works
  2. they seem to have really put a lot into this, and not just in the box either. well done losi
  3. hmmm, that does seem a very good price, perhaps i might finally actually take the plunge and get into drifting....
  4. thats sort of a bunch of rather pleasant features but when put together the overall effect is horrible.
  5. tornado or modeltech, tbh they're all as good as each other, but modeltech you get more.
  6. and to answer your second question, both the rush and firestorm are single speed, they dont really need 2. and its not that big, about the same size as a box you'd get hiking boots in. but the off-road ability is surprisingly good for such a small truck
  7. i'll not say its bad, because it isnt. but as has been said the firestorm is basically a newer version and has fewer issues, for example the rush's diff casing wasnt the strongest in the world wheras the firestorms is probably going to survive ww3. you can get firestorms cheap secondhand, i paid
  8. liking the diffuser, although iirc they dont work when your going sideways, although i suppose for a drift car that doesnt matter and it sure looks good, which does matter
  9. shhh we all know i no speek good england
  10. very interesting, i can see the scaler fraternity going head over heels for this
  11. thats so very messed up and so very awesome at the same time, i must admit for a crazy project you've really put a lot of thought into it
  12. protip: overtightening the grub screw on the centre diff locks it
  13. lookin good so far. this takes me back, i remember i got into the hobby buyin one of these brand new
  14. yes you can, iirc the 6000rpm ones are solid, and with the red spring are about 7k or so, the 8k springs have holes drilled in and are 8k with the red spring. 6k shoes with a red spring are perfectly fine mate.
  15. for a company who's name is just 1 letter away from 'abismal' that is a most excellent shell, i am really impressed
  16. skoda fabia 1.9tdi here, might get meself a motorbike at some point [aka when i have money]
  17. oh drinking it is different, think of it like drinking vodka that was 100%, then make it double as strong. methanol is a terrific poison, iirc 35ml is enough to make you blind and 100ml is enough to kill you
  18. tbh, i could quite beleive that, there's a family in italy has a ridicoulous amount of people over 100 years old? their secret? lots of red meat, red wine and cigars. you cant really fight genetics......
  19. i dont think thats meant to be an rc, i think its meant to be a promo vid for a full size truck [and when i say full size i mean bloomin massive]
  20. iirc the state of california is the only place on the planet that officially recognises any cancer risk associated with nitro fuel. if its in its sealed bottle then there should be no appreciable risk compared to other risks such as smoking, excessive alchohol comsumption, genetic predisposition and so forth. the real risk with storing nitro indoors is the fire risk, although that said i've been keeping nitro fuel in my room for years and i havent been burned alive or got cancer yet, despite excessive smoking and drinking.
  21. so are the ones on the traxxas system, on board starters are pretty much gimmicks anyway. i'd take a tiger drive or a pullstart over one any day
