Part way through rebuilding mine. I've put the 2 speed in as i have the parts so may as well at least try it. Sway bar and 2 diff lockers going in too.

Thanks. Just had the dispatch note on my diff lockers so I guess I will find out soon. Also got a capra on the way from the market hopefully so may be slightly distracted by that!

Handinng wise how does it change with each diff and locking vs open?

Thanks, I figured it might be irritating, having something else in there to go wrong. I have the truck partially disassembled so may be I will do middle and rear and see how i go. I am running stock motor and esc at the mo may be that should be next on the list

I've ordered 3. I'll pop one right into the back and see how i go with the others. Would you install the 2 speed kit?

Hi folks, I haven't given my ryft much love or use of late as been a manic 6 months or so. I have something going on with my rear diff and need to look at it / rebuild. I was thinking about locking it. What is the perceived wisdom? Should I lock? Should I lock all three? At the moment it is totally stock. I do have the sway bar kit to add and also a 2 speed (should i bother with that?) thanks for any thoughts. It is used really for bashing around very hilly woods with some challenging climbs

Is anyone running the 2 speed kit with the RTR motor ESC? Good upgrade?

My front axle housing snapped as some others have. Sorted quickly with a warranty replacement Really enjoying the Ryft.

I have an issue with the rear diff. Think a shim is damaged. Going to try to bodge for now as no stock.

Thanks very much for that sounds like a good solution. I may hold out a couple of weeks to see if one of the aftermarket people comes up with something. I had a brilliant session with it yesterday. Put a couple of big 3 cell packs through it. It is phenomenal what is gets over. Tackling stuff my sc10ii struggles with and bouncing over. I liked trying to get up very steep clay / red mud hills and haveing it sit spinning at about a quarter throttle and then giving it some the second you see a bit of traction. Easy to overdo it too, I popped out of some hills way higher than intended.

I has a really fun session with m Ryft today in a steep hilled wood. Loving it so far. What did it take to mod the bomber sway bar on and how is it working for you?
