What an RX ... it was pre bound I think when I got it ? Should I take photos ?

I recently got a petrol RC car from the company which shall not be named .. but begins with N and ends with K . I got some really great advice from this group. Now my car doesn’t want to respond to the controller ... any ideas or advice much appreciated . cheers

Mack1 thank you !! This worked . I did as you said and pulled the starter cord and if started after three pulls . I have been testing it intermittently during the day just to check it wasn’t a one off but certainly seems to working . last question - so it needs to be in the horizontal position for driving ? cheers again for all your help 😀👌

How would I remove the air filter , the instructions I got were useless . I had to go online to figure out even to start it .

You guys are much more responsive than the people I bought it from ... three guesses ! Do I need to take the body off will that give a better view ?

If I send pictures tomorrow , would you be able to tell the choke is in the ‘right’ place ? I have tried to deflood it by turning it upside down and pulled the starter cord , nothing comes out, then after a few pulls at an up right position it becomes hard again . happliy to some I manage to shock myself - when testing the spark plug - but didn’t record it .

Hi guys - I have tried the spark plug and that is firing - get me a little bit of a shock but 🤷🏼‍♂️. I think I have deflooded the engine - but when I have pulled the starter cord - after a few pulls it goes hard again ( no jokes please ). has anyone for experience deflooding and how long I have pull the level for ... would the cold make a difference in starting it also . cheers Sean

Hi some help needed . I bought the above car . Run it on Xmas day , on sand , didn’t realise that you shouldn’t really do this . cleaned it done afterward , when I came to start it today it wouldn’t run. I have tried to deflood the engine as I may have over primed it . I have ordered a new spark plug just incase it’s that . Any other ideas what the issue might be . cheers Sean

Just I quick question - hopefully someone might be still active on this thread . I have just bought one of these cars . Ran it on Xmas day , ( on sand , didn’t realise you shouldn’t really do that ) . Came to run it today , won’t run at all. I have tried to deflood the Engine , but on following the advice it work for a few pulls abs then goes tight again without starting . I have checked the spark plug, it just looks like a spark plug to me so ordered a new one . would there be any other reason it isn’t running . cheers in advance !
