    Oh, I forgot to say the esc works fine. I just can’t control it by the on/off switch

    I have a Hobbywing max 8 that seems to have a dodgy switch. When it’s powered up the backlight on the switch is illuminated but the switch doesn’t respond to being pressed. The cable looks in good order and it’s hardly been used so can’t see how it could be damaged. Are these simple to swap if it is faulty? How are they connected inside the esc?

    I have a hyper 8 and I’m looking for a body shell. Any ideas if the 7 and 8 are interchangeable? How much would you want for just the shell?
