  1. Arrma Fireteam 1/7 scale basher in great condition for sale. In many ways, this is a Kraton XL as it shares the same running gear and arms as a Kraton but with a Fireteam/Mojave length chassis. I also have some Scorched RC titanium shock towers that can also be included at extra cost. Not interested in swaps unless it is for a Mojave. Price includes shipping via DPD local. Payment via PayPal - if you want to do Goods and Services, the buyer covers the fees which will be £12.63 extra on top of the £425 (total shipped including PayPal fees will be £437.63). ESC is an Arrma BLX185 150amp 6S with the matching Arrma 2050kv brushless motor. This is a surprisingly light truck and this setup goes like a rocket. Spectrum SLT3 transmitter and SPMSLR300 receiver. DS3225 25kg waterproof servo. Arrma Backflip 6S wheels and tyres. I have fitted Kraton EXB hubs all round including all new sealed bearings which gives it a wider stance. The Fireteam hub bearings fail quickly and this sorts that problem as the Kraton bearings are larger and more robust. I have removed the rear servo operated brake as I believe it made the car rear-end heavy. Battery tray has been moved rearward to help with balance in the air. Diffs are running 60k front, 300k centre and 30k rear. Centre diff has a GPM aluminium case. Scorched RC titanium front centre drive shaft. Full set of CRCU chassis braces - front, rear and centre. Aluminium front/rear brace mounts. Grey/white body in decent condition with side panels. I have replaced some of the body panels with brand new ones which are unused - will supply the old panels as well. Proline screw on body mounts at the rear. Arrma Skinz chassis protector which has a few scrapes but still in great condition. Located in Morpeth, Northumberland. If you need any further information, drop me a PM - happy to chat.
  2. Slightly random collection of things for sale: Hobbywing 4274 2200kv 4 pole brushless motor in great condition. ***SOLD **** Bearings are good and motor fully functional. Looking for £60 via PayPal (buyer pays fees). Shipping will be extra. Team Corally Kuron 825 2050kv motor. Essentially a rebranded Hobbywing 4274 2050kv. Brand new, unused and removed from an RTR truck. Looking for £60 via PayPal (buyer pays fees). Shipping will be extra. Arrma dBoots Fireteam complete set of wheels and tyres in good used condition - loads of life left them. Hexes are all good and foams are still firm. Looking for £50 via PayPal (buyer pays fees). Shipping will be extra. Vitavon Traxxas Maxx steering crank Brand new, never fitted but don’t have the bag for it. Looking for £40 via PayPal (buyer pays fees). Shipping will be extra. Any questions, fire away 🙂
  3. Arrma Mojave V2 1/7 chassis and bits Mojave V2 chassis in great condition - looks straight and hasn’t seen much use. Includes plastic braces, battery tray, receiver box and cover (missing the screws) and motor mount. Arrma Kraton EXB 1/8 chassis Kraton EXB chassis in good condition - straight and was used with a bash bar. Postage will be extra through Royal Mail. PayPal preferred via G&S (buyer to cover fees). No returns due to the usual.
  4. Arrma BLX185 ESC and 2050kv motor combo in good condition and fully functional - just removed from my Mojave due to upgrade. Missing the attachment ears for the ESC and switch, which wasn’t an issue for me as I just use 3M double sided sticky pads to attach to the ESC plate. Has a single XT90 male connector. Also included is a BadTouch Breakers double fan mount and heatsink which is perfect for this motor and works really well to keep things cool. I have added a mesh shroud to keep the crud out. Includes the heat shield, fans, fixtures and wiring including the Y-harness for power from the receiver. £100 for the ESC/motor and fans. Postage will be through Royal Mail 1st class which will be extra - approx £5 ish. Payment through PayPal. If you want to do goods and services, buyer pays fees.
  5. Kit built 2019 at the start of lockdown by a professional and purchased as a brand new build as a project to get my son and I back into the RC hobby. This LunchBox has been a fantastic truck to work on and it has had a lot of time and love devoted to it. I have cleaned and GT85’d it today and it is in brilliant shape. It comes with all of the upgrades you read about to make it more drivable - but put the 3S battery in and it is complete insanity. It will do point five past light speed - mostly on its rear wheels! My son uses it with the 7.4v NIMH and that is still very very quick. The reason for sale is that we have progressed onto bigger and faster RCs and the Lunchie needs a new home with someone who will use and abuse it! Has had a complete gearbox rebuild in March 2021 with all new gears and regreased. I did this mainly out of curiosity to see how it was coping with the brushless setup and was very happy to find very little wear. These gearboxes are pretty bulletproof. Brand new chassis installed concurrently to the gearbox rebuild. Front wheels are brand new and have the rears as well, just haven’t put them onto the tyres but will be part of the sale - hence the reason for the different colours. Ball raced all round with a bearing kit from RCbearings. Fastrax shocks all round - I think they are 85mm rear and 75mm front. Upgraded aluminium shock mounts and brace bar on the rear end. Upgraded wheelie bar and brace. "Third shock" tie/brace at the rear along with full bracing kit to stiffen up the rear end. Front brace to stiffen the front end. Upgraded servo fitting to centralise the steering servo for better steering performance. Aluminium body pin mounts. Hobbywing QuicRun 10BL60 waterproof ESC coupled with a waterproof GoolRc BL3650-4300kv motor. This brushless setup is probably way too much for this car - however, it certainly puts a smile on your face! PowerHD 18KG servo - waterproof. Pulse 2 channel TX/RX. OverLander 3S 2200mah 35C lipo and lipo alarm that is mounted to it so you can track voltage and do alarms etc. XT60 connector. 7.2v 4500mah NIMH battery which is slightly less than 2S lipo with XT60 connector. Two body shells: Tamiya black Circus Destruction. Wrap from stickerlicker.co.uk. In good condition but starting to look tatty on the rear end but no cracks or splits. The glass and other hardware are on the other shell. Tamiya shell in great condition with custom paint. Could do with some further finishing work but perfect for a project and someone more talented than me! Spare Tamiya Sports Tuned brushed motor and a stock one. If you fancy going brushed again, you will have everything you need to do that! Spare Hobbywing Quicrun 1060 brushed/brushless ESC with XT60 connector. Spare GoolRC waterproof brushless ESC with XT60 connector. No returns due to the nature of the hobby. You will get everything described above and any other random spares I have lying about. Very happy to provide videos of it running if you wish. Am looking for £230 ONO for everything described above. Payment ideally via PayPal, BACS or cash on collection. Buyer pays any associated fees with PayPal goods and services which work out at an additional £7.77. Happy to ship via Hermes with a tracked delivery. Buyer to cover shipping fees which I estimate at around £10. Very happy to answer any questions or queries.
  6. Yep here you go - you can find them on Facebook 😜👍 Fine - was there on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty quiet. Couple few mountain bikers but we just kept out of each others way.
  7. If you are looking for off-road, we went to the BMX track at Whickham Thorns last weekend and it was excellent. There is a skate park as well if you feel like smashing your cars up 😜 Dropped pin https://goo.gl/maps/EYBhXzA3Ni27khmJ8 I also want to recce the BMX track in Bedlington: Dropped pin https://goo.gl/maps/iXSaxorshxa1Hve96 North East Bashers Group https://www.facebook.com/groups/196716661147734/?ref=share
  8. After watching the wheelie bar attempting to have close relations with the gearbox, we decided that a brace was in order. A spare tie rod and some bits and bobs later and we are quite pleased. Just need to find a better solution to the bearing that is currently on there - couple of wheels me thinks.
  9. Just realised I put the wheels on backwards! Doh. All fixed now 👍
