Hi, how do you find it? I read a review saying they were a bit top heavy. Seen a couple recently for £200 2nd hand so they seem good value. Cheers.

Cheers, I'll have a look. It's cheaper at modelhut.co.uk, but they don't do PayPal so probably wouldnt risk that, their reviews don't look any better!

I think the main difference with the new Coyote is the anti twisty transmission to be technical and the different gear ratio.

Thanks, I emailed Carisma and apparently a 2.1 Coyote kit will be coming out soon. Not sure how it will differ though.

As a follow up to this, I like the look of the FS Crawler from Nitrotek also, but the reviews are shocking for Nitrotek so don't know if I dare order from there!

Hi all, I already have an FTX Mauler and want something a bit more scale but still capable. Was looking at the FTX Hirock and and the Coyote 2.1. I think the Coyote looks neat, but not sure of it's ability. Thinking of around the 250 ish mark. Anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.

Hi, just a quick one. Got my eyes on the FS Crawler from Nitrotek. Checking around Nitrotek seem to have horrendous reviews. Does anyone have any experience? Unfortunately it looks like they are the only place in the UK that stock it, failing that I was thinking of a coyote 2.1. Many Thanks.

Hi, really interested in one of these, but slightly concerned about parts availability. They look much better though than the equivalent FTX Brushless though!

Hi, just reading through all this info about the Mauler. Initially I was looking at an Outback 2, but I'm guessing the Mauler is much more capable? Is the difference night and day, is spares availability about the same? Thanks in advance.
