it was bought with the electrics and parts in, all i had to do was buy the transmitter kit for it & battery. i tell you what, im not happy with this kit that i bought of the buyer, it clearly has been used before, ive only had two drives with it and this happened. the spur gear won't drive the wheels. FML.. (sorry for rant) .

My first Lipo battery arrived.

bit skint at the moment as ive paid for a holiday and Rc stuff for my yokomo. i'll think about it when i get paid next. Thanks for the heads up

scratch that, i got it working, i forgot to put in the binding bug.

No, directly using lipo battery that i got, im also trying to bind it now, ive installed the reciever, when i switch it on the red light stays solid. but i dont get no movement.

My intention is to use the Lipo first. I don't wanna risk using the nimh with nimh adapter.

Yes, I'll be careful, I'm going to give it a go this week, or later tonight. I've got family round at the moment . As also I need time to go through the transmitter manual.

My new battery doesn't fit well in my yokomo. FML . See pic.

Erm... while I am waiting for my transmitter kit, got a bit of a problem, maybe you guys can help out and solve . My battery seems a bit big for it. I could use my nimh, maybe? It came with a converter.
