  1. Cheers @capri-boy appreciate the advice, still waiting for it to turn up so I can assess it. I also have a hyper chassis spare but missing shocks, I might nick the Hong Nor shocks and build that instead, all depends on the condition of the Hong Nor at the moment.
  2. Answering my own question, I think it's a Hong Nor X1 CR, can anyone confirm?
  3. Looks like I've bought a Hong Nor X1 CR while not really paying attention on eBay! Plan to convert it to Brushless, anyone know if this battery tray and servo mount bolt in as a direct fit? https://www.ebay.com/itm/311375478005 Also looking for a straight swap motor mount if anyone knows which one fits? Cheers
  4. Having finished converting my Hyper 7 to Brushless I was looking for another car to convert, stumbled across this on eBay when it only had a few minutes to go and chucked a bid on it without really looking as you do... Does anyone know what make and model it is? Cheer.
  5. Hi, Does anyone have a motor mount to convert a hyper 7 to Brushless? Seen a few from China but don't fancy waiting 3 to 4 weeks. Thanks
  6. Evening all, very new to all this and was thrown in at the deep end when a friend gave me his Hyper 7 (technically for my son but he's only 4!). So I decided to do the right thing and test it and make sure it's ready for him to use, gives me a few years practice to make sure I'm faster than him!!! Then I accidentally bought (late night eBay) a Hyper 8.5 which turned out to be the pro version, so now have 2 decent buggies to bash and a talentless driver! Currently looking for places to bash and practice around Brackley/Banbury if anyone is local? Cheers Peggy
  7. Evening all, looking for somewhere to take my Hyper 8.5 to bash, I'm about 10mins away from Banbury in Brackley. All suggestions welcome, cheers.
