I have found the more budget tyres like from Injora dont seem to give there best till they have had a few runs, a bit of breaking in

Here is my DumboRC X6PM-350 6 channel, i find this a lovely radio to use, all the buttons illuminate when pressed showing what channel is in use, it will do multi model but does not store so a case of binding a car to the TX if you want to change over, not all that practical but then this TX is only £23 on Banggood i added the wide elastic bands to the wheel to assist with one handed driving

I don't think I'll put it in the tarantula or IR40. I use those just for crawling so I don't want any weight higher up.
I take the Bronco out on the hills some times so the extra wheel speed may be beneficial.
It still amuses me putting bigger motors in trucks, can't help it.
Might have to ask you about some left over stuff you may have when i get the F-150

Don't do the oven method, I would try soaking the rims in isopropylene and leaving it for a few days

It’s a cracking radio, been going through the setting and it has everything you could wish for and more, like cruise control, winch controller mix etc
The instructions are rubbish though and seems quite battery hungry, definitely needs a little lipo tx pack
I guess not room for a Li-Ion pack in there, i made an 18650 3S 1P pack for my flysky gt3 and only charge it about 3 times a year and unlike a lipo the Li-Ion battery likes to be left charged

I cannot deny their following so they must be fine, BUT I just wish they had a different brand name……
100% agree on my original one i taped over the logo, but now i just live with the brand name

This is new as in not run other than testing indoors, and its built on the FTX 1/10 builders kit, has mg servo and 540 brushless motor with 60 amp esc, no radio supplied and body is HPI focus, this car has a bit of a tight diff not sure if front or back but with wheel nuts nipped up it binds a bit so needs sorting
price is £100 collected or £115 posted economy with Evri

OUCH !!
Pricing up hop ups, or should i say possibly needed upgrades this project is really getting expensive for a 1/18th........metal underdrive transmission gears, metal axle ring and pinion set and a set of metal links to add a little low weight plus maybe an Injora 180 motor with the hi trail F-150 we are at about £252 then i would like a light kit.
kinda feel im pricing this up and getting reluctant to lob this kind of money into this project.........if i am gonna go ahead might have to drop the motor and metal links from the list
