  5. Bump... Any good to anyone? Pm me any offers.. Cheers.
  6. Job lot of 1/10 touring car wheels. Most are Schumacher wheels on Ride tyres and most are soft compound. All in used but good overall usable condition. Couple might need slight reglue. Some of the wheel sets have narrower front wheels. These wheels are for professional racing so of good quality. Brand new set of Schumacher wheels also included. On the set of foams unfortunately one of the foams has a chunk missing out of it. Picture form most of the description. No returns due to nature of the hobby. No buyers outside the UK. Any questions please ask. £85 fee’s and postage included. Thanks for looking.
  7. Losi Speed NT ARTR In very good overall condition. Completely taken apart and cleaned and rebuilt, gearbox taken apart and cleaned and regreased with white lithium grease, new oil in shocks, all bearings removed, cleaned and re-oiled. Motor taken apart and cleaned and rebuilt, oiled where necessary and thread locked. Has good compression. Upgraded Robinson Racing metal gears in the gearbox which is a must as the standard plastic ones fail. Upgraded Savox steering and throttle servos. Spare Hardcore Racing 11001 Titanium chassis, ( rare and expensive) in used but decent condition, has wear marks; but pin straight and solid. Brand new hump pack battery included but you will need your own charger, but it will come fully charged. Will supply a glow starter fully charged, but you will need to get your own charger. Always used after run oil after use. Piston always left at the bottom of sleeve after use. Losi drill starter bit, so put it in your drill and car fires up instantly. Chassis has a a few marks underneath but not much and is in excellent overall condition as is the engine, hardly used. These Losi’s are fast, fastest in its class and the engine is a screamer, this is well sorted overall and new owner will not be disappointed. Bodyshell is in good overall condition but has some wear on it, and the spoiler was missing so I made one out of plastic and wrapped it in carbon fibre wrap. Will need to adjust and fine tune the throttle and brake linkages, but is pretty much set up already, just could do with a fine tune. It will not come with a radio controller or receiver so you will need to supply your own. Bad bits.. Unfortunately the carburettor will need replacing as I broke the original one when I took it apart to clean, I went to rebuild it and I broke the connector for the high speed needle. The carburettor on it currently is a traxxas body, with the losi parts as they looked very similar but I did have to modify it for the parts to fit, so although this carburettor does work the idle screw doesn’t and the only way to set idle is by trimming the throttle which is not ideal. So I will give no guarantee with the carburettor and hence why I’ve listed it as ARTR ( Almost ready to run). Engine otherwise runs and is in good overall condition and I can and will test it before I post it out. The carburettor you will need is a 13mm body/neck that connects to the engine. You could use one from a traxxas 2.5 or 3.3 engine or you could get a os11 which are highly rated and abit pricey or any half decent carb will do and you will have a well sorted rc. Needs new air filter. Now for some more good news.. Comes with a whole load of spares including another chassis which is a thicker one then the original one, spare arms front and rear, all the turn buckles, hinge pins, steering bell cranks and front chassis plate, shock tower parts, rear hubs, spare drive shafts with 12mm hexes as the original wheels are pin designs, so now you have the option of running hexes at the back. A spare gearbox casing with all the bearing and shafts, and I put the two stripped gears in that gearbox so you have an idea how it’s built if you ever need to service the gearbox on the Losi or need spares like bearings and shims or shafts or whatever else, it has a diff which works fine but does have wear on the drive cups but again is usable or can be used if you even need to rebuild the diff. And a fair few others bits, nearly another complete chassis. Comes with some spare wheels two sets of front wheels and a spare wheel at the back. I will update the advert as I have probably forgot things but that is the jist of it. The rc overall is a beast and in excellent overall condition, apart from needing a new carburettor. Will be sent tracked insured and signed for and will be properly packed. No box or instructions. No buyers outside the UK. No returns due to nature of the hobby. Any questions please feel free to ask. £235 including fee’s and posted tracked insured and signed for. Cheaper collected and will include fuel. Thanks for looking.
  8. Thanks guys I’ll most definitely be ordering from them. Cheers once again
  9. Maverick strada / HSP/ himoto spares or a chassis for spares. Basically I’m building my own rc if ya like, majority of it will be maverick strada parts like diffs and pretty much most of the drive line, I’m putting in a slightly longer chassis. Anyways bits I need are as follows Motor mount, preferably the maverick one. Upper chassis brace. Centre drive shaft. Couple of dog bones for the MT monster truck version. Right front steering hub/ the bit where the bearings and drive cup goes. Pair of drive cups. Lastly the shaft with the gear on it that goes from the rear gearbox house into the motor mount. And a chassis would be a bonus just so i can get measurements from it. Basically if someone’s got a chassis with a few of thes bits that’s on its last legs would be considered. If anyone can help that would be great but wanted to see if I can source a couple of the bits needed before I buy new from eBay. Cheers.

  14. Hi Nitro boob😂 I mean Nitro noob rc and welcome to the forum. I’m fairly new to nitro myself but with the right instructions I have found them ok to work with. Your motor sounds fine and sounds like it has compression. But your fuel tank is nearly empty so you need to fill that up first. Top prime it you need to block off the exhaust whilst pulling on the pull cord and you will see fuel go in from the tank to the motor and or you can disconnect the fuel tube from the exhaust and blow into it and you should see the fuel go into the motor. Also make sure you fully charge your glow starter and check your glow plug works / glows fairly brightly. All being well you should get it to fire up, then you need to tune it with the high speed needle and low speed needle, get it to idle steady first, you can go online and find the default settings for both the high speed and low speed needles and start from there 👍 If you still struggle to start it then you want to check your fuel lines to make sure they are ok / no holes in them. In terms of starting and tuning check out RC Biker on YouTube, he has many helpful videos on YouTube and it’s where I learnt most of my nitro rc stuff from👍 Again I’m fairly new to nitro, only been running them for coming on a year but I hope that helps.
  15. Now sold, please lock the thread. Thanks.

    Unknown TX.

Just done a quick search it does look like a himoto receiver but this one is blue.. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/284587354612?var=0&mkevt=1&mkcid=1&mkrid=710-53481-19255-0&campid=5338343596&toolid=10001&customid=eb%3Ag%3Avms%3Aeb%3Ap%3A284587354612%3BEAIaIQobChMI37_VpKCy9QIVUu3tCh3gpQxrEAQYDCABEgKXuPD_BwE&gbraid=0AAAAADmMgigIVQP4O9whSKR69a3Z0raWm&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI37_VpKCy9QIVUu3tCh3gpQxrEAQYDCABEgKXuPD_BwE Not sure of compatibility though. Anyways don’t want much for mine just the cost of fees and postage and just make me a low offer👍.

    Unknown TX.

Hi mate not sure who makes it but I have a similar tx / rx but the one I have is not digital, it has manual dials. Came with a rc and I don’t need it, I’ve bench tested it and it functions as it should but haven’t run it out on the field so have no clue on range etc. The Ariel has been repaired on the transmitter although not the best job. Receiver seems to be in good condition. But I have not tested it out in the field so can’t guarantee it all works 100% If you want it let me know cheers.
  19. Hot Bodies lightning nitro converted using HPI Trophy buggy parts rolling chassis. Originally a Hot bodies Lightning nitro rc that had been converted to electric using HPI Trophy parts. The Hot Bodies Lightning and the HPI Trophy Buggy are essentially the same car. Has been taken apart and cleaned and rebuilt. Converted using: HPI Trophy motor mount. HPI Trophy battery tray. HPI Trophy esc mount. HPI Trophy Servo and receiver mount. Rear, centre and front diffs completely taken apart cleaned fully and inspected and rebuilt with 3000 wt diff fluid in rear and 5000wt diff fluid in centre and front diff, and both front and rear gearboxes completely cleaned and regressed so all diffs are fully rebuilt and work perfectly. Drives shafts and centre shafts cleaned and rebuilt. All bearing taken out check and cleaned and re-oiled. One of the bearing on the rear right side outer hub bearing is pretty worn and could do with replacing so it’s easy access and shouldn’t take very long to change over, but still functions. Shocked cleaned and topped up with shock oil. Chassis is heavily used and abit warped in places but is still fully functional, the previous owner did the brushless conversion and it wasn’t the neatest but I’ve tidy’d it up as much as possible. Could get a brand new nitro chassis and re do it and the rc will be sorted or the much easier route would be to buy the normal electric chassis and just swap them over, but the electric chassis’s are a little more expensive. Up to new owner if they just want a basher or if they want to restore with new chassis, if I was to keep it I would replace chassis. Once I rebuilt it I ran it on a 4s system and the car drove very well and just needed minor camber adjustments so new owner might need to set it up abit more, I did adjust it myself a little but only run the rc for 10 mins just to make sure it run ok and diffs and everything worked as they should. Just put in your electrics and your good to go or keep it for spares. Shell is in ok condition, has a split in the front mounting point but otherwise still holds the body. It’s a HPI trophy buggy clear body painted black. Wheels and tyres in good condition with loads of tread on them. Bad bits. Chassis is heavily used and slightly warped. One bearing in the back is a bit knackered. One or two screws are stripping like on the side pod, but all diff screw holes are perfect front rear and centre. Missing the front chassis brace but these are cheap and easy to source. Not sure if these come with front sway bars but if so that could do with sourcing and installing. If I missed anything I will update the advert but that is the jist of it. No returns due to nature of the hobby. £110 Ono postage and fees included.
  20. Cool I have 8 shocks from the maverick strada mt, well they from the HSP version of the strada MT 6 are ok and I think 2 have bent shafts but the shock body and springs are fine, also I’ll throw in the lower arms and I think about 3 upper tow links and the front and rear bumpers for the MT as I have no use for these bits so you are welcome to them. Let me know if you want it all and we can sort out a price for the shocks. Cheers.
  21. Hi mate , what specific model maverick strada is it for?
