    LiPo's 2S

So been frustrated and let down on some lipo orders (Flureon ones from eBay)! So just after one maybe two to get me going, they got a Traxxas slash so if they have TRX connects that a big bonus! Ideally 5000mah+ plus Don't have a massive amount to spend so looking for the budget variety! Let me know what you have around the £15+ 20 mark [emoji53] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Ok time for an update! Getting really close, now have a truck that I can actually use [emoji85] Since last update, tyres taped and mounted (was harder than I thought!), also completed the PROLINE PROTRAC setup, ended up with 4wd arms on rear and 2wd on front, slight staggered look but nothing major, used 4wd links around, also put on an alumin front shock tower Integy again but was £3 delivered brand new from eBay [emoji85] So few photos ... Ignore the battery, I was let down by a seller for a couple of LiPo's so in process of hunting some down! Also have on order ... Esc and Motor fans ERevo HD slipper setup Shocks... Strc caps Strc threaded bodies Traxxas Tini shafts RPM cups and covers RPM dual Pistons Losi springs Going to try and build me some [emoji85] Pretty that will be it for now, unless a bargain pops up on bulkhead, rear tower [emoji23] Enjoy [emoji41] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  7. Thanks bud! So guess it looks pretty and that's it...I guess the castle combo has some value though? The guy wanted £150 as is. It comes with 2 x 3s 8000mah LiPo's - but seeing want you said will these be a specific size for this truck rather than standard packs... I was thinking worst case pinch the castle combo and LiPo's to use elsewhere and then sell the chassis as a roller [emoji37] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Hi all...I'm hoping this is the correct thread [emoji85] I'm about [emoji15] to purchase a lightly used e-Mta I'm guessing it's not 'G2' looking at the shock setup, this one sort of has one shock running horizontal? Anyway..was looking for some advice on if it's a good truck to pick up and what sort of mods should I invest in from day one. It's a good price I feel considering it has a castle setup which I could always sell on. Any info greatly appreciated [emoji16] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Ohhhh nice! I was keeping an eye out for one, I must admit I was surprised at how thin on the ground good ones are! Sure you will get it 100% ASAP! My project is in standstill until next wave of packages from the U.S. Turn up! As for the Protrac kit... You get extended Front and Rear A arms (will need to double check but think around 15mm wider over stock) I put them on my 2wd and the rears look awesome! You also get, extended front and rear camber links, they seem a lot chunkier than stock too, plus extended and strengthened steering link. You also get a set of Proline Protrac wheels Retails around £55, I'm selling delivered for £25 [emoji16] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  11. Excellent news! Did you get the sorted one off here? I still have the 4wd Protrac kit going really cheap if you want [emoji57] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. So this weekend was sort of eventful...I managed to fit the T bone rear bumper and wheelie bar, technically it's for the rustler but fitted fine, I had to go for this due to lack of mounting points on the flat plate tranny. As for Tbone took ages to come and really expensive for what it is, will see how it holds up when actually used. Then moved on to the Protrac kit; I thought I was being clever and ordered the 4wd kit as the arms are longer... Rears went on fine and are huge! Hopefully that pic you can see the difference between stock and Protrac. Spent some time adjusting the camber links to get everything nice and straight. Now the fronts were a bitch! The outer hinge pin is the same as the rear so thicker than stock, not a problem for arms but wouldn't go through caster..looked at various options but in the end gave up and just order front Protrac arms for the 2wd I can still use the links etc so no major issue. Front will be slightly narrower than rear though so might need to sort some hex extensions [emoji53] Other news...4wd driveshafts on route and losi tyre glue, so all being well next weekend I should get it out for the maiden run [emoji41] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. SkiPratt1977 looking for one of these buddies! Been posting for a week or so looking for one Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. A little progress made...fitted the T bone rear bumper and wheelie bar. Also the Desperados arrived so will be attempting to mount the tires over the weekend. Also have the Proline Protrac kit and Enza Axle stubs to go on. Feedback greatly received guys! Just ordered all the shock parts, had to order from 3 different places all in the US so will be a few weeks before I get my hands on it all! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Further reductions! Must go! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
