  4. i am now out of 2 stroke oil and have seen a 5 litre Exol Optima Racing Full Synthetic for £25 i have run the car in on Castrol Power 1 Racing at around £12 a litre would it be ok to change to the Exol? as i have seen posts saying dont swap oils from full synth to semi synth but not different makes? also i ran it on super unleaded but found the plugs oiled up when i checked last after 6 hours running. RCMK 29cc (i think its 29cc) engine so my rather long winded question is would i be ok to swat to the Exol and normal unleaded without much hassle? all help and advice appreciated cheers

Bad news about your spine fella :( I've got stenosis and 3 blown out discs so you're not alone.

  11. oh yes! i agree 100 % i started with a budget of £600 and.......... well lets not dwell on cost its only a number anyway lol
  12. i got the hose pipe and rinsed it off and then hung it up to dry and then sprayed wd40 all over the metal parts and virtually everywhere so it hung now to let the wd40 drip off tomorrow i will have another look and wipe it over with my oily gun oil rag
  13. so how do you clean your cars after a wet grassy/muddy run? been out with the XCR and it was damper than i thought and its covered in grass and mud i have removed the battery and everything else except the reciever and air filter will be waterproof wont they? am i ok to gently jet wash the car? will i then need to get some wd40 on all moving parts?
  14. i have just received these and the killswitch is in its way i think.....
  15. it was ok i have done 3 short runs and will now do some more when i get the new servo arms i need better tyres as the ones on are no good for road so any pointers appreciated ie: do you have to use the same size etc?
  16. i have a killswitch on the radio do i really need another?
  17. well! the nut has rounded in the steering servo's arm that connects directly onto the servo and although it is holding tight i really don't trust it not to spin especially with these high powered servo's. i will be ordering and fitting the updated servo arms that masa69 has before driving it in anger
