I was looking in there. Got abit put off with the extra fees, taxes and broker fees that could be added. how much was added to yours when you bought it? also what size pinion you running with the castle set up? thanks

The routing is for the esc wiring is it not. Not the servo? mom talking about the wiring coming out for the servo seems too close to the prop shaft where it exits the servo body. I have mounted mine the opposite way.

Is that the castle 1717 combo? Where did you get yours from? Does the uk sell theses. As I’m struggling to find a uk supplier for the combo?

Which way round is the servo suppose to go. I mounted mine with the wires pointing outwards as it looked pretty close to the prop shaft. been out once with it and seem to have no short term issues

Can the spektrum esc and castle motor be mixed and matched? already have 2 2S lipos, and will he getting a pair of 3s lipos. Was hoping to run them both

I was opting for the esc because of the smart features. I like the idea of the smart batteries and and charging. So thought add the esc too that too as I already have a smart compatible receiver and transmitter.

Hi waitkng for the exb to come back into stock. Was thinking of using a spectrum firma 160 bit unsure on a motor for this. I was thinking of going hobbywing or should I stay with a spektrum motor? thanks

HI I’ve just received a spektrum smart charger S1200 DC. But there is no mains charger. Am I missing something or bought the wrong charger 🤦‍♂️

My sons 5 but planing on a 6th birthday present. The car I’m using is brand new. Was a nitro car to start with and just couldn’t get it running right and for something to get out and bash with my son wasn’t the right car 🙈. Tried selling this only had 2-3 tanks of fuel through it and didn’t get any offers. Bought a electric car in the mean time. And thought I’d build the nitro into a electric for my son. Yes the money what’s in it isn’t worth it etc but don’t plan on selling it. I’d rather male this do then sell and loose twice as much to busy a different car. Don’t mind changing components because in the end the old ones could/can be reused or I’m getting better components then I have. route I’m going to try. and see how that’s works new ESC 2s Lipo (5200ma 30c) new receiver and limit throttle

Can you recommend a controller please? i have the standard HPI one that came with the car and a Spectrum DX2 for my other car
