If you're going through this much trouble to get a genuine scale look I wouldn't let it down by not mounting the spoiler the same as the 1:1 cars do.... But that's just me.

I've only sheared a CVD pin and a single dog bone pin..... I must start driving harder....

You may find that 100k in the centre is not enough on tarmac..... I did a tarmac bash with my X2 and it kept sending the majority of the power to the front and it was horrible to drive. So I chucked 300,000k in the centre and it's much better.... I prefer off the line acceleration so well chuffed with how it launches off the mark.

FINALLY got around to ordering the shell!!! Is there anyone in the West Midlands that's good at trimming and cutting shells as this one isn't pre-cut?

It's exactly the same effect as turbo lag on a 1980's car.....

All in working order, this has the CY/Zenoah header only but is complete and a side from some light surface rust and dirt it's fine. This has NO DENTS.... These don't come up for sale very often. £90 shipped. Payment via Paypal.

Just as a reference my newly purchased BZM Micro Pipe got my G320 to over 18,000rpm today which is a good 1,500rpm increase over the Losi Tuned Pipe. That however has come at quite a loss to the bottom end, for the first 4-5 metres from a standing start there's nothing there at all then all of a sudden the power band comes in and it just takes off with such force. I just don't know if I can cope with such a big loss in the low end.

It was shut straight off when I noticed it got that high..... Just took the engine out and loads of cut grass under the engine blocking the intake so air flow must of been next to nothing.

What's the max temperature on this before I should starting bricking myself?

Tug one of the guys in my bash group used an ABS plastic enclosure to store his batteries in so they didn't get damaged, maybe you could do the same with the X2? http://www.maplin.co.uk/c/gadgets-toys-and-hobbies/project-boxes/plastic-boxes I have though about chopping the battery box off my X2 and using one of these for more storage!

AJ don't forget to PM with the max RPM you hit when you're finally tuned...... Will be interesting to see how it compares to my ESP as I know Doug doesn't port these for silly RPM due to the bearing issue.

Any PC cooling fan will do.... If you want pure air flow regardless of noise look at Delta's...

I wen't through a set of pins every time I went out... In the end I just took the extenders off and run stock ones..... Never had an issue again.

The killer bee version is just a single kill switch but wired up for 2 coils....... Jolly Roger may be able to make one for you.
