  1. Well I haven't heard from @stretchregarding payment so for now at least this is still for sale.
  2. I expect I'll regret selling this at some point but I just don't have time for RC any more and when I do I turn to the bashers. I built this over lockdown, the full build thread can be found here - I fitted the optional 4 link kit and servo mounted axle. It's been well used but well maintained, everything runs smooth and it crawls very well. It's running a Hobbywing 1080 esc (programme card included), an Etronix 21.8kg waterproof servo, Holmes Hobbies Trailmaster 550 motor and aluminium beadlocks. Looking for £150 ARTR (you'll need a 3 channel radio in order to use the 2 speed shifting) Or £100 as a roller - no motor, esc or steering servo. I'll include the shift servo for this price.
  3. For anyone new to the hobby it's a no brainer for me - Associated MT10. I'm biased because I currently own one, but having owned some of the toughest bashers out there I can honestly say that in my experience the MT10 is the toughest of the lot. Having said that, for ease of working on them the Arrma 3s range or pretty much any Traxxas would be hard to beat.
  4. 1/10 Contact foams. Purchased wrong width so was unable to use them. They say rear but I've always used them front and rear on the speed run car. £13 posted 1/10 Contact foams - light use. Sizes in pics. £8 posted Reedy 1523mg 15kg metal gear servo. As new, swapped for a Savox I had lying around the day I received the car it came in. £20 posted Yeah Racing 40mm fan. Never fitted, unused. £5 posted Arrma Mega 12t 550 brushed motor. Hasn't seen much use. £13 posted Happy to do deals on multiple items. More to come over the next few days.
  5. The S1K developed a rough idle and low speed running issues. Decided to save some £'s and change the spark plugs and check ignition coils myself. 2 damaged coils found and the most in depth strip down I've ever had to do to get to spark plugs, now I'm wondering if I'll ever remember how this thing goes together again after the holidays 🤔
  6. No idea what the pitch is unfortunately, next time I can get to it I'll check. I've been raiding my parts box for an identical connector but drawing a blank.
  7. Can anyone tell me how I'd go about identifying this connector? It's not RC related but looks very familiar. Any help appreciated, cheers all.
  8. Spur gear replaced. It's a bit icy out but couldn't resist a bash 🙂
  9. It was good fun 👍 The spur gear finally gave out though. It started to strip on its first time out, I ordered a new one but figured I'd just carry on running it to see how long it lasts. Turns out quite a long time lol
  10. This thread being active again reminded me how long it's been since I had the MT10 (or any RC) out! I gave it a good bash today 🙂
  11. The first 3 attempts were super blurry lol. It's next to useless in anything other than bright light.
  12. Thanks, just my phone camera. It's a crappy Find X 2 lite.
  13. Managed to snap an artsy pic while dodging showers today
  14. Still have mine but don't have much time for RC right now. I still come back to it from time to time.
  15. I have it for sale on eBay https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/225015895899?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=cZN4GHQ2QP6&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=cZN4GHQ2QP6&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
  16. A couple of pics from the first trackday on the S1K last Thursday. This bike is an absolute animal!! I've ridden fast bikes before but this is on another level. My friend had a bit of spill but the crash bung did it's job and the bike and rider were back out in the next session 🙂
  17. I picked up my new ride yesterday, a 2014 S1000rr. Well worth the 12hr round-trip to collect it! Can't wait to get out for a first spin on it later on today 😁
  18. To answer my own question, yes it will! I fitted the Quicrun 150a from my speed car (4s anyone 😉) and without changing anything else, this thing rips!! I guess the standard, non programmable esc, is just a bit lazy.
  19. The little MT10 took a hammering today! No breakages, although the motor mount shifting, causing a tight mesh can be quite frustrating. Still, I had tonnes of fun 🙂
