  3. Yes i did the hsn 2.5 turns out and lsn just below flush
  4. Right finally got it started but it takes my throttle trim set to full open and i cant get it to have a steady idle , what adjustments do i need to make?

  7. Done factory needle settings and had a good charge on my glowstick , fit a new glow plug , cleaned air filter and have fuel into the engine. This fuel isnt been ignited as its pouring out of the exhaust. Flywheel is fine ian. Im out of ideas now

  9. Shudson i opened the throttle with the trim and still no go and had someone applying some gas when i was trying to start it but no luck. Ian i will have a look and see if its tight
  10. I'm getting nowhere here guys , still cant get it to start not even any life and have a lot of fuel coming out of the exhaust. I've messed around with the needles of still nothing , anyone know the factory setting for my t15 engine? Any more ideas on how to get it running all im getting are blisters on my fingers
  11. Cheers for the help guys, my glow stick is now flat so im going to give it a good charge and try again tomorrow!

Hey guys i have a hpi rush evo had a new engine a couple of weeks ago ran about 10 tanks through it now i cant get it to start , had the model shop look at it twice and they have said they have sorted it but it not better, lost all hope for then so i will be attempting to fix the problem myself. Onto the fault then. Got a non start , glow plug is glowing and got 1mm gap on carb and fuel going into the carb fine, the pull start is very tough when the glow plug is in but then if you take it out and turns over nice and freely. Only thing im left to try is a bit of heat on the engine to free it up as its a new engine could it just be tight for a while?

  16. Cake, i can beat that my servo linkage came off the carb fully open and hit a wall full speed
  17. Unfortunatly i couldnt make it as my nitro wasnt ready in time but i do have a venue idea for the next meet. Its on manston lane in leeds its a disused car park fairly large in side with not many obsticals ( just needs a sweep with a brush to remove some large stones) I'll upload some photos from google maps and my phone when im next on the pc and let me know what you guys think of it?
  18. I might pop down , im new to the site but had my nitro for years it could do with some of you guys looking at it as it took off into a wall at full thottle!

Recently had the engine replaced in my rush evo which was built incorrectly by the shop i took it to , basically the throttle arm came off the carb on full throttle and the only way it could stop for full speed into a wall its destoryed my shell and im after a new one. Any ideas where i can get one from im not all that bothered for the same shell as i have now but im not sure which ones fit from other hpi products any help would be great.
  20. Throttle on my controller, i tried that and the just sounds like a deeper noise when pull starting but still a no go
  21. Right guys im new to this forum. I own a Hpi rush evo with a t15 engine, It hasnt run for a few years. Had the engine stuck at TDC which i stripped down and free'd off , rebuilt , factory setting for hsn and lsn , new fuel , new glow plug , glow plug started charged for 24+ hours. Primed and pulled for hours on end with no sign of life at all , i have a 1mm gap on the carb and no air bubble in the fuel supply line. Im sure i have fuel getting into the cylinder as it has flooded a few times but still will not start. Been trying for days on end now browsing the internet and nothing is working. Any ideas what could be the fault?
