  1. Looking for people in norfolk to bash with.im near diss
  2. Right im up and running with my baja! Lets bash
  3. Time doesn't fly when you're at work. Finally got a day putting the baja back together. And i think its coming on well. Striped and rebuilt the diff which was a lot easier then i was expecting. have misplaced a few screws and 1 eclip but then i haven't touhed it since the 29th of march! I need to take a hoilday! But i should be heading to bashfest in may, hopefully going to see whats for sale as im looking for a doner car. Or another project.... just dont tell the wife
  4. Im looking for a doner car.Bent chassis, blown engine, sliping clutch. however i would like full radio gear. Let me know what you got?
  5. If you did split i would buy servos/shocks/wheels/radio box/
  6. Im still interested in the parts i asked about?
  7. Id be interested in all 4 wheels and rear shocks rear wishbones and steering servo and shock socks. Maybe more
  8. I was thinking of going for some stainless screws are these stronger and less likely to strip?
  9. So im not to far off then. More ilke on my Shetland pony then my horse!
  10. Well its been striped and cleaned to within an inch of her life and im now left with a box of bit that used to be my baja, a big box. So ive just completed the list of parts i need and im just thinking. Why Am i looking at hpi thread lock? It cant be any different from loctight? And grease whats wrong with carlube or just any generic grease? Same with oils. I use 20 weight oil in my job. Why am i looking to get hpi shock oil? I might just be a tight ####. But it is expensive to buy model lubes. So please kick me of my high horse and tell the pig head me why im wrong
  11. So managed to get screw out with some careful hacksaw cutting. All of the baja is now dismantled and is being cleaned and sorted in to plastic tubs for ease of asembely in the hopefully not to distance future. Going to go to the local model shop on Saturday to get oils for the diff and shocks and some grease. Ive decided to take my time on the baja and get it right. The importance of making sure the baja is safe to use is starting to dawn on me and if im honest the bloke i bought it off stuck me as a "that will do'sort of person. More photos uploaded later tonight
