  1. Hi all, im away to rebuild my diff's, and going to be trying a setup suggestion from another member, 5000 and 3000 (im assuming this is wt as its for diffs), while looking on ebay most come up in cst and csp, is there a conversion scale available to convert wt into cst? Thanks Allan

  3. Hey, yeah used a small servo extension, also bought a y harness to add this to the receiver box and make it easy to unplug when i need into the receiver box (couldn't use channel 3 as i have a power cap there) Allan

Hey thanks, well this has been a real labour, nearly every component has been upgraded from the stock lightning gt i bought last year, 3 stock parts remain, the centre diff, the dual servo tray and the y harness for the steering servos. I've been looking for mud guards, de racing do a set for the d8t that i'd love, but getting a set has proved difficult, that and more pressing things needed done, ill get a set soon though. Well i've been out in mine, nearly a full us gallon of byron before the fun, a pic before (well a break in pic as i didnt think id get her dirty or break anything) and an after one Broke the spoiler, front bumper support bracket (was on my list of changes to be made anyway), think i've blew my front diff (savage bulletproof) but we'll see Also finally got an rb fuel filter, And finally, bought a battery indicator, was a bit bigger than i thought it was going to be but never the less, its on now, took a wee bit o time, some Tamiya epoxy putty and some black spray paint Now to clean and repair Allan
  7. Mines running a Savox (i forget which model) throttle servo and 2 Turnigy Power HD 1501mg steering servo's plus the Abisma receiver.   8. i have a 6v 1600mah hump pack in mine, and i've never had and issue with it, it stays charged for ages, i don't notice any servo twitches etc, what is wrong with them? Allan

  10. Did you notice if the center to rear driveshaft was turning when the you were using your nitro, as if it was then that would point to the rear diff Really? need to have a look at this Allan

Hello, if yor still looking, i have a couple sets of these wheels, there from a hot bodies lightning gt (1/8th scale not 1/10), there also found on the hot bodies gtx-2, i think there 17mm hex but i also think i have 17mm hex blocks to make them fit your esavage,if your interested i can do you some better, cleaner pictures Allan
  14. Hey guys, since i already have this thread, could i ask anyone that has or has ever had a force 32, what it the best plug maker to use with this running byron 2500 gen2 25%? Also, i've seen a post or 2 (while searching the web) from other rc sites with people mentioning that they run there force 32 on byron 30%, can it, is it better or worse for the engine, and whats the effect on performance and longevity?   16. I have a force 28 here, and also have a purple Hpi f4.6 head, ill check fitment, though the one Dazp1976 shown should fit as the HPI F4.6 was made by force. Ill snap some pics showing the fit. Allan

Hey guys and girls (if there is any), i've messaged a staff member (Rover Man) about trying to sort out the dead links in the first post, he offered a compromise that i think will suit us, simply we collect all our current links, advice, recommended upgrades etc, add them to a post, we then let rover man know the post and he'll edit the thread title to include "new links on page blah blah blah".
