Hello, I am new to the forum and would love to get some help. my son would like me to change the servo on his Kanyon. The original is still working however he spotted some of my spare ones. So the question is : Could I use a Savox SC 0252 MG? I believe this is rated to have 11-15 kg ? The car is not modified so the steering links / arms are plastic and I'm concerned if the servo is to strong I may damage other parts? Also how is it with the steering end points, I mean on full lock does the servo switch off? Would this need to be adjusted if I fit a new / different servo? How do I do this? I think that's all? Thank you guys, I've started building my Reely Free men kit and need to buy the electric parts soon. Thought I will ask for advise on the forum with regards to motor, esc, servo and possibly some lights? Would I need to ask about this in the rock crawler section?? My name is Joachim or short Jogi. I'm in Scotland Edinburgh and have a couple of rc cars, nitro and electric. A few years ago I meet the guy's from CSOR who did race there cars however it was just a bid to far away for me to be there regularly and possibly get into racing. Now I got a crawler for my son and also bought one, as a kit, for myself. Surly I will be asking for your expert advise rather earlier then later.
