    Well I'm still waiting for a call from mmr model to say they have the reeds in stoke.

    I have the kraken extended arm on my baja and they seem to be holding up well. I have the uber drive system and that isn't holding up so well

    Paul hedges or OBR U.K. On Facebook is the place to go for OBR products. I'm waiting on mmr model tec to get some reeds in to make their 34reed engines but if there not ready soon then I'm planning on getting the OBR 34 reed.

    The engine is a standard one with no aftermarket parts. So I'm really not sure why it doesn't fit??

    I have been given a smartech 23cc buggy to have a look at to see if I can get it running. The guy has changed the piston and ring in it and now the piston is running smoothly in the head but when I torque the head down the piston is hitting the top of the inside of the head. I checked that the piston is the correct size with the old one and it's exactly the same. So could it be the gasket that is too thin now as he used the old one.

    Tooleys as been closed for sone time now. The problem was stock in the shop or lack of it for the cars/trucks that people have. Every time you went in the parts had to be ordered in and that ment a second trip back to the shop to collect the parts. Even when I went in for simple things like glo plugs or fuel more often than not they had no Stock if either. no stock = no sale no business

    I'm not sure either Andy but I made sure I put the correct one in when I fitted it on Saturday. After melting my stock housing I thought it was time to put a decent one in.

    Yeah think so seems to have no compression caused by dust/dirt getting into th head and damaging the ring lucky I had one on the shelf.
