hi guys i bought a new boat today sonic wake 36 ... this is my second boat but i haven't owned a boat in years .... did my homework and decided to add another cooling line ... the rudder is now for the motor and the extra line is for the esc ... couple of questions .. did i do the job the correct way and how far down must the new tube i fitted be to the water ? iv read about too far down and you get drag so is there a perfect depth for the tube ? the kit i bought has the big bore tube about 6mm i think and 4mm silicone tubing is that ok for cooling the esc ? thanks guys ....

I used to send my stuff to someone else, who sent it to someone called Raz (I think) who was a local guy who did really nice anodising for peanuts.
This is going back 5 years now
he had the blue losi shelf queen .. he was Leas mate i met him at a bash in England he is a dentist .. is that him ?

been away from the hobby for a few years and decided to come back to it after seeing the Arma Infraction on youtube ... bought one the other day and have already started to tart it up a bit .. got my batteries yesterday but ordered the batteries with the wrong plugs so gonna either get the correct plugs or buy a couple of adopter leads ... so far iv reshaped the rear spoiler and painted it satin black .. then the spoiler looked out of place so i painted the bed of the truck satin black as well .. fitted the mudguard set and chassis plates from Scorched rc and got my mate to laser cut me a new front splitter in red ... the new splitter is 12mm broader and a few mm wider .. looks good me thinks ... hoping to find out more about the truck on here so anything important please enlighten me ....

those fail safe's dont work well with 2.4ghz
built in 1 should be fine
yeah its fine for signal loss but what about voltage drop. I must say im a bit pi$$ed off at the guy that's selling them on ebay. he should say they are no good for 2.4ghz after all that's what most people use..

guys I bought a hpi mini failsafe for my hpi pulse cause I had a run away not long ago. the built in failsafe was going to throttle on when I lost signal so I set it to go to brake on. then I read that the built in failsafe only works when you loose signal so I bought the hpi mini failsafe in case I had a voltage drop. so I put the mini failsafe on and it doesn't work it just makes my servo twitch like mad. I have tried to set it a few times and it still wont work. my mate has the same set up and also bought a mini failsafe and his is the same. my question is ???? is the failsafe not working because I already have a built in failsafe ? thanks guys..

hi guys this is my first post as im new on here. I have been into nitro cars for a while and im gonna buy a Baja 5bss kit and build it in the next few weeks. I used to build nitro helis for my local hobby shop so I know what im doing. my question is ( I think you know whats coming ) is there anything I should upgrade or do when im building it. I know about the mesh mod and the kill switch is there anything else. does the frame break and is there a metal frame. instead of the mesh mod are the covers on ebay any good. thanks guys and im sorry if this has been done to death.. gary..

had the boat out today and the pick up is fine .. the boat seems to bog down a fair bit before getting up onto the plane then its fine but it doesn't seem right to me .. takes a few seconds to get going and the batteries only last about 6 or 7 mins ... the batts are new 3s and the boat runs on two of them 6s but it thought they would last a bit more ... 5000 mah and 8000 mah ... any suggestions ??
