  1. Looking forward to it, give it a rundown with my Mini 8ights.
  2. Two of these batteries may fit and then just get a pre made connector.
  3. What about getting 2 small 2s packs and get a connector to run them parallel? The saddle pack from Carisma looks like it's just 2x 1000mah packs to equal 2000mah
  4. I know they had aftermarket chassis out there, I've seen both red and blue. Post some detailed pics and we may be able to help you figure it out. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk
  5. Here are a few pics of my Nitro Rustler, Nitro Sport and Bandit VXL. The Nitro Sport was my first hobby grade RC and I picked it up for $20 (
  6. Can't make it, I've got to work on my 1:1 tomorrow.....
  7. The track held the water last time I went, there were puddles.
  8. I'm not sure the weather is going to cooperate with us this weekend.
  9. Not sure, he was talking about heading over with me......maybe he won't be selling it. lol
  10. Yeah, it's the same brand....it's a Driftmaster. It should be in pretty good condition, I think he said he only drifted on carpet when he was in Japan.
  11. I think you had said it's the same brand as yours, I'm not sure what model though. What was your's again?
  12. Maybe, I'll have to see if anything comes up. I'm actually going to be looking at a drift car that my old boss has, depending on if we can make a deal, I may have to try it out there.
  13. Haha, I know man. That's the same way I am, Paul let me run his Savage XS last time and I was just putting it around.
  14. No, I'm moving to Feltwell. I don't know if they're strong enough for your driving style I'm not sure the Mini 8ights can handle 6S induced triple backflips like your Savage.
  15. What time? I probably can't make it though, I'm starting to pack and get ready to move.
  16. Being as they are the stock parts from a Mini 8ight and it says that it's compatible with a Mini 8ight, I'm going to just assume yes. If you look at the Toyz, they have some shock protectors that'll protect the shock caps. You could also grab a set from T-Bone Racing when you order the best bumpers for a M8.
  17. A bit drawn out, but he shows you how to do the swap.
  18. Yeah, you can see it off to the side of the lot.
  19. There's a decent amount of space and Paul brought his ramp, next time I can bring my ramps as well. It's a short enough walk that bringing our gear and ramps isn't that big of a deal, plus your walk of shame after breaking you Baja won't be too long.
  20. I highly recommend a set of TBR bumpers, they are a great addition to any kit but the Mini 8ight's stock bumper snaps if you look at it funny. I hit a brick WOT with my M8 and I didn't break a single thing, my TBR bumper and RPM arms took the impact.
  21. Had a blast today, I think I may like it more than Thetford, the M8 can definitely handle the terrain there better.
  22. I've been wanting a Wrath for a while, maybe it'll give me a reason to get one now.
