TBH l know about losi...it was for sale in UK about same time when l bought my KMT1000A. For me it is too expensive for bashing only. if l ever decide to race then l would seriously think about it. in your opinion which truck of two you have drives and handles more different to baja? what about spares and upgrades? thanks... rytis

nice video... which truck do you like most and which one in your opinion is better built? l want another RC, which should be different to baja, so l thought maybe electric, but l had a mini revo vxl before and got bored of it very quick. looked at your video and thought, maybe a petrol truck? 4WD?

my problem is my english is not good enough and sometimes l just can't say what l want to say and even google translator doesn't help. l was thinking about wrapping it sideways, like a thread on the bolt... l hope you understood what l tried to say. thanks.... rytis

it saves the hassle, but not money. zero growth foams costs about 40 quit on ebay. IMHO it is far too much for what they are.

it is only an idea, but what about wrapping an insert with a tape which is sticky and stretches a bit. like an electrician tape for cables?

found a video on youtube how to tape tires: what do you guys think? searching for videos for taping tire inserts, but not having much luck.....

the tape l can get free from work is 3M and it is very very sticky. l tried to peel it of today and it was ripping in small pieces and most of the glue from the tape still stayed on the surface it was glued on.

hi, l just bought 2 new wheel inserts for my baja and would like them to last as long as possible. l have read on here before that people use tape from the inside of the tire and stick it on the insert itself to stop balooning. could anyone post a quick "how to" stick tape and which one to use ? thanks rytis

the oil l used before was fully synthetic (Fuchs Silkolene Comp 2), but probably it would be better to empty the tank before filling baja with fuel mixed with Castrol?

I know mazda rx8 with 1,3 rotary engine l just thought RX8 is something RC or bike related because the oil l asked about is 2 stroke. Saying this l have no idea how rotary envine works.

It was the most expensive 2 stroke oil in Halfords. On the lable it says "increased acceleration". hebby,what do you mean about the taste? :) PursyP thanks for advice. What is RX8?

l am back... l wanted to sell my baja in spring and l am so happy i didn't.....

l had exactly same pipe (ebay link) on my KM T1000 30,5cc. my baja was only 4-5 tanks old and l gave a remote to my mate to have a go. he went WOT and after bad landing on the rear of the truck pipe was slightly bent. l could bent it back, but l decided to buy a new dom clone. IMHO the pipe from ebay link made more power than DOM clone because when it was fitted to my baja it used to do wheelies, only sometimes, but it did. after fitting DOM wheelies are gone. between fitting pipes no changes has been done to carb needles. EDIT.... l have just looked at the picture from ebay link and l think l was wrong. just found a picture of my baja with pipe fitted and it looks difirent.

hi, l have been too busy Saturday, but yesterday in the evening l managed to fit new cable and plug from bike shop. 50cm of cable and plug cost me 5 pounds. the cable is much thicker so l had to trim some rubber of the cable end where it joins the coil box. baja started on second pull and runs very well. here are some pictures:

by saying old cable, l mean cable which is currently connected to ignition coil and needs to be disconnected.

a bit later l will make a picture of the cap, but the mechanic in the shop tried 4 or 5 different ones and said that the one l bought will definetelly fit. Rover Man what about the old cable, do l just unscrew it? thanks

could anyone give me a quick "how to" connect new HT lead to ignition coil please. tomorrow l meeting a couple of friends with other rc's so decided to take mine to the park and check if everything works. l have a KM T1000 baja and today it started fine but on acceleration it was bogging down. l decided to check the spark plug, but when l pulled the cable off the piece of copper wire stayed on the plug. all RC shops are closed so l managed to buy a new HT lead from a local bike shop. l took the ignition coil out, but l have no idea how to connect cable to it. l am on youtube now trying to find a video but not having much luck, so maybe anyone on here could help me ?

Yes mate, l really like bmx track and masive field for speed runs and tuning the engine which my baja will need after long brake... l will ring my mate with baja maybe he will come ass well.

Yes mate l am coming. Yesterday l finaly sorted the killswitch after buying new radio. Managed to conect it wrong way in to receiver so it didn't work right. But now it works fine and ready to go
