  1. hi I am currently wiring up a twin motor, twin esc boat and need some help with the wiring please if possible. So each esc will plug into its own channel on the rx, one esc will have the red middle wire removed as they cannot both supply bec power to the rx, that bit I have sorted out. The bit I can't work out is the switches on the esc's. I want to turn them both on with one switch. Can I simply wire in the switch of one esc to where I want it and cut away the other relying on the fact they are all connected at the rx to wake up the non switched esc or do I need to wire both switches together? Hope that makes sense

  6. So after recieving the engine and associated bits and bobs nearly two months ago i became a bit ill and was unable to get the dnt completed. Finaly on the mend now and i have at last managed to get everything 99% completed. You may notice the only thing missing is the carb! The engine did come with one however the throttle shaft had an ever so slight bend in it where the linkage attaches, enough to not allow it to pass back through the body to be straightened. So shaft has been cut out and a new one ordered along with a couple of bearings as i might do the bearing mod on it. Shoukd all be here tomo hopefully so fingers crossed tomo will be break in day [emoji3] Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk

Ohhh, you mean the Losi 5ive-B, I thought you were talking about a Baja 5B, my bad.

Not used a 5ive-B so can't comment, although they do seem to overheat quite often.

  21. Please forgive me for being a bit dumb but im still a bit new to all this. So i will be running a 2s rx lipo and a switchblade killswitch. My question - what is the low voltage protection set at on a switchblade and if this is too low what do people use to protect there lipos? Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  22. Was thinking of changing it for a killer one tbh as it has voltage cut off built in and saves a seperate unit. Do you use a voltage cutout? If so which one? Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  23. Yeh no problem im hoping to get out at some point but got to wait for payday to order a motor first Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  24. So with the exception of deciding on and buying a motor im pretty much done. Just got a few small things left like led for switchblade, fuel disconnects and rear cvd guards but think ill save that all for another day Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  25. Not overly sure tbh but would like to see them last a good few tanks. Maybe 3-4 Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
