I have actually run it in the car btw, worked very well. I mean do i just charge it up whenever i fancy a play and not bother with all the cycling stuff?

HI, i used to use a Nimh battery on my car, i never really paid attention to charging and discharging, i just put it on charge when i wanted to use it. It always seemed fine, until i put it away for about 5yrs and it wouldn't charge up. I just went out and bought a new one, its says on it that it doesn't need to be discharged before charging. Just read the sticky electric guide on here (really good guide that) and it mentions a few things that already i haven't done. I just got home and stuck it on fast charge on my old nicad charger, think its 3.5ah. then it trickle charges at 130mah automatically. Should i just use it and see what happens, tbh it was only

Just found this thread on google. I have a TL01 i bought about 10yrs ago and just dug it out and fancy mucking about with it again. Got it running again (had to buy a new battery, that was all it needed) Just driving it about now and was wondering about the wheels not being straight etc, might have to get those adjustable rods i seen here.
