Few rs4 upgrades, new receiver for my sanwa mt44 and magnetic body mounts

Would this be any good for my mst tcr 2wd?

I'm after a brushless combo for my 2wd mst tcr. I've never had a 2wd touring car before so im not sure what to get? E.g. what kv, sensored or sensorless... I want something decent that ain't gonna break the bank and won't be overkill for the car. Any info much appreciated

Im 100% painting it red like the box art but will do slight twist eg black roof and/or bonnet, spray shell with tamiya lame flake first etc. I've got a led kit on the way. Need to order some stealth mounts as I don't want to cut into this shell
