Yeah its lovely out and nice and quiet think I only saw one dog walker. Managed to break a body post on first battery pack then on 2nd one esc came loose on a Jump and caught one of wires in spur gear! Need to hurry up and finish the hyper as this 1/10 can't put up with my shoddy driving skills!

Managed to fix one of my buggys so taking that and the boy and his maverick up there now for a quick half hour bash before dinner, not been out in ages!

Wonder what she was doing to get that angry, that videos made me want a quadcopter now,could fly it off my balcony! Although it would mean spending the truggy money I've saved up! But guess I can't fly a truggy off the second floor balcony... Or can I? Sorry rambling on here!!! Good find mate.

My boy was the same was happy just chasing my buggy round the park or watching, every now and again he would ask for a go and if turn the power down and he would just drive in circles. Then I bought him a maverick ion for his 4th birthday and he loves it coz he can take it apart when I do mine, he did struggle with the controls at start but he's got used to it now.

Been playing FIFA 14 on Xbox one in career as a single player completed one season out on loan to Shrewsbury did quite well then went back to my original team Millwall. Then start of the season I wasn't getting picked at all for any games this carried on for half the season I could just simulate the game couldn't actually play, so i put in for transfer and got bought by man utd same thing happened there then went on Loan and still the same. I've googled it and seems to be a few people with same problem but ea sports don't seem to be doing anything about it, wondered if it was only Xbox problem? has anyone here had this problem and have they managed to resolve it? Not played the game for weeks now as the player career is the only one I like and getting sick of just simulating the games and seeing us keep loosing. I'm stuck for ideas was thinking of uninstalling the game but worried id loose any progress so far. Other than that the game is just collecting dust.

Hopefully a 1/8 electric truggy, going to sell one of the buggys first to raise the money. Not sure what to go for though it's going to be purely for bashing so far it's down to a hyper st or trophy not sure what's better or what else is similar.

All sorted now finally, rung eBay customer and they removed his negative feedback, although still can't understand why he was able to leave it as was told unpaid case stops that.

Sorry to drag this up again guys thought it was sorted, so I left it as it was and kept the unpaid item case open and didn't give in to his requests to close. I was also advised this by eBay and was assured by them that once I close the case and mark as unpaid he will not be able to leave feedback, so I closed and marked as unpaid as told to do so and now he's managed to leave negative feedback how's that happened as I was assured once closed he could not leave it? Could he have kicked up a stink his end? He's basically saying I was uncooperative that he had an accident and couldn't collect but item had a postage option? Now I've got 1 neg feedback out of 250 transactions.

Right battery tray secured and servo tray cleaned up as I made a bit of a hash on the first cut, Then finally finished messing up the paint job, its not as bad as I first thought but its still a bad effort but might cover up the bad bits with stickers,

Started spraying the shell this morning its not gone well at all, I washed it properly but looks like there was some finger prints or something in there got a feeling my boy was playing with it, when the first coat went on it didn't stick evenly,might put some pics up of the finished disaster in a bit.

I might try and pop over at some point but I'm waiting for someone to come and collect fridge this morning so if he turns up early enough il be down. Also been spraying my shell this morning that's gone horribly wrong!

Hopefully will get one very soon,id like to take it out this weekend if I can get it finished.

Right!! Time to dust of the conversion again, lack of money and time due to a new member to the household has put this on hold for a few months, but weathers made me want to get started again and finish. Not a lot to do just finish of bits and bobs before its test run and paint shell, masked up last night and hoping to paint tomorrow so will get some photos when finished. Then its secure battery tray properly and few minor adjustments and should be good to go.

The 4s esc should be more than capable its the motor that pulls it along so as long as the esc can more than handle the power the motor will draw then should be fine. I've got that esc as I'm only using 4s not had a chance to test properly yet still finishing mine but it seems to be a popular choice so not heard of any problems as long as you match it to the right motor and don't put lipos above 4s in. With regards to the video I'm not too sure 13t pinion seems quite low but I've not had a lot of experience with gearing so I could be wrong, but although it might look fast you don't know what his temps are so could look fast but he might be cooking something there, but again I'm not an expert so could be wrong. I would do a bit of research on this forum,have a search on here regarding the gearing and maybe start on 19t and see how you find it then maybe experiment from there if you want different speeds,but keep an eye on temps .

Although from what I've read a hyper on a 2200-2300kv motor with a 19t pinion should be equally as fast as nitro model. Might be worth keeping an eye out for a 2nd hand combo if you want waterproof and 6s can get some bargains on here.

But don't have a link at the moment as I've heard there are quite a few fakes about, so might be worth searching on here for a thread to find best place to buy from as think there cheaper than the one I linked.

No worries mate, there is plus side to running 2 packs in series as if you get a dead cell in one of the packs you still got one good battery left, with a single 4s pack if a cell goes the whole pack is no good. So could stick with that charger and save some money for now for more batteries.

That should do but you might be better off running 2x 2s lipo packs in series if your charger won't do 4s
