Your swash should be bang on level at 50% throttle,at this point it is in the middle,there should be no pitch on the main rotor blades at this position eather way+ or -,but it also needs to be level at both full throttle & also at at zero throttle,the other point you need to know is the swash mix settings,if you have set your TX to factory settings,then they will be totally wrong,if this is a spectrum TX,you could try Horizon Hobby for the original set up,but it may well be slightly different on each Heli,but is probably close,other than that a full set up will be the only way to get it right,and as it is,then the result may well be a wrecked Heli if it goes out of control,Hands Free Hovver is not really very likely on most,but not all RC Helis.
