  1. I'm good for tomorrow, will be out from the morning till early evening if anyone else is there, got to get back for the start of the NFL coverage!! Gunnersbury sounds good, never been there, they nitro friendly??
  2. Working slowly, very very slowly, really need the car back together by Sunday morning!! Universal Driveshaft Centre Diff, tired and totally forgot to fit the brake servo parts, that can wait till tomorrow now!!
  3. It still retains the same plastic bit there, you take it off the original and screw it to the aluminium part so may have to give that a try!! I Use the original one for my 3 shoe clutch set up with no issues, except i don't fit the E clip.
  4. Oh Yeah, sorry it has all the sealed bearings. To be honest I just stumbled across it when I was looking for a Losi eu roller, it's wasn't brand new and for the price I paid and the dirt on it in the pics i wasn't too sure how good it was going to be but it was mint once I cleaned it!!
  5. I use this clutch nut in all my nitro's http://www.hpiracing.co.uk/piw.php?partNo=101062
  6. These are all the standard parts on the Lightning Stadium 2 Pro: http://www.hpiracing.co.uk/parts.php?partNo=66786&type=STD As far as I'm aware the steering and brake levers are the same as the standard Trophy Truggy ones...... I think?
  7. The front diff etc fitted Showing the 2 extra screws attached to the rear Aluminium Front Suspension Holder, just below the 4 diff housing screws.
  8. Yeah if yours is the Lightning Stadium 2 Pro, then thats the same as my roller!! http://www.hpiracing.co.uk/piw.php?partNo=66786
  9. Here is the front Diff, it has the CNC Front Suspension Holder which has two grub screws that hold on to the suspension pins and the rear Aluminium Front Suspension Holder which has an extra set of screws, giving 6 screws to hold the Diff housing to the chassis rather than the 4 on the original set up.
  10. Thanks for the feedback guys, Definatly worth looking in to if you can get a roller cheap enough, More pics should be up tonight! The front brace is actually a direct replacement for the old crappy one, just use the screws and bolts it comes with.
  11. Hi People, A couple of you have been asking about the HopUps I have on my Truggy which have been taken from a Lightning Stadium 2 Pro roller I bought recently. So, as i'm slowly putting it back together after a pick down and clean (In between working, drinking and spending too much money on RC) I thought I'd take some pics and do a bit of a write up around some of the upgrades. Previously I've added: Edit HB Lightning Hard Anodised Rear Toe-In Bracket (54mm & 59mm, outer hinge) Edit HB Lightning Hard Anodised Rear Hubs (3 Degree) Edit HB Lightning Alloy Centre Diff Mounts Hardened Diffs Front Middle & Rear Aluminium Front Anti Bending Rod 5mm wide 17mm Hex Conversion Savox SC1258tg Throttle/Brake Savox SC1256tg Steering The Parts I decided to go with from the Stadium 2 Pro were: Graphite Rear Chassis Anti Bending Plate With Aluminium Holder Aluminium Front Suspension Holder (0 Degree, inner hinge) Aluminium Rear Toe-In Block (2 Degree, inner hinge pins) Hard Anodized Chassis 7075 T6 Aircraft Aluminium Alloy CNC Front Suspension Holder (0 Degree, outer hinge) Carbon Steel Front And Rear Suspension Pins Front and Rear Centre Universal Driveshafts Aluminium Steering Knuckles / Arms 6.7mm wide 17mm Hex Conversion Graphite Front Diff Holder Graphite Upper Chassis The chassis is an immediate improvement over my current slightly bent one: The rear brace: The upper chassis, diff holder and diff mounts:
  12. Got another tank through it this afternoon, hopefully another two tomorrow! Yeah defo there on sunday!!!
  13. Would be nice but no go for me till the weekend mate! Poor show to be I know but nothing i can do, got some time off comming up so will definitely be making up for it!!
  14. I use brake and clutch cleaner to clean everything up and then GT-85, works a treat but no different to the stuff your using mate. GT-85 or WD40 also works great to displace water from car's after a good wash!!
  15. Bike lubricant, same as WD40, Hellfrauds always have it on sale and i think it's better than WD40.
  16. Generally I just soak mine in GT-85, never had any issues!!
  17. No mate, they are that colour as standard on the Stadium 2 Pro, was going to get the black ones but then decided to find a roller to get all the bits from, the 2nd hand rollers sell for less than the Trophy rollers, when they come up that is. http://www.hpiracing.co.uk/piw.php?partNo=HBC8081-1
  18. It came with a Lightning Stadium 2 Pro roller i bought, it cost's
  19. Well today, whilst running in my new race motor for my Losi eu, I've started cleaning my Trophy although I'm not going to get it finished today, hopefully it will look as clean as mydoddy69's cos that look's mint!! As requested I will put up some picks of the Lightning Stadium 2 Pro parts i have fitted, starting with: Chassis:
  20. Hahaha (laughing at myself), I often wondered why the Trophy never came with droop screws seeing as all my other cars have them, the day I got the car I couldnt work out what the grub screws were for as it was my first purchase since the mid/late 80's, they are still in my tool box That said compaired to the Losi's I like the slightly higher ride height I get from the Trophy for bashing and tearing through longer grass that buggy's and Truggy's get bogged down in!!
  21. Is there such a thing as too many runs No EPA with that one but the Speky is more than capable, I've got the Flysky GT3b which does the job perfectly for a fraction of the cost. Definitely worth looking at an upgrade from the stock transmitter.
  22. While i think about it, set the "end Points" on the transmitter if you can, my steerring servo wants to turn much more than my wheels and suspension arms will allow putting extra pressure on the servo, i have my steering on 80%. Also i found that without adjusting the end points the throttle/brake servo would push and pull so hard that it was rocking the upper chassis so much that i had to relace the pillar things it sits on as the screws slowly tore through their threads. It still moves a little bit now but not as much now i've set the EPA to 90% throttle and 60% for the brake. Hope this helps.
