    yea i have an 80watt iron just that the 8awg wire doesn't really fit in the spaces. everything tinned easily just didn't fit lol might have to try 5.5 bullets now =/

      You need a lot of heat, I use a Weller 80W iron & I tin the wires, then u tin the XT90, mame sure its connected to a male/female to help dissipate the heat & stop it melting. Put the wire on then heat, a wee bit more solder & it should run. If this don't work your iron may need more power?

      is the spline ( motor shaft flat sided?. if not you need to flat side some of the spindle and then grub screw will bite and hold inplace.
