      fed ex are different they attempt to speed up delivery by paying the duty for you. Then send you a bill weeks later. In some cases you still get asked to pay locally and need to contact FX directly. It's a good thing generally, but bad for us cheap arse hobbyists :(

      At least the seller agreed to pay the fees, make sure he keeps his word however. Theres no avoiding Fedex charges and they will take legal action for those that don't pay
