  1. Hi peeps. Does anyone know if thee is any local rc racing clubs in cambridgshire/Norfolk? I've been told they have a track at eastrax in Norfolk but can't find any info on it? Anyone else have any clubs?
  2. There is nothing wrong with the Byron filter, dies the job. But for a hyper there a little too dig, fowls break, throttle linkage. But come the day I need a new filter, it will be back to schumacer.
  3. I got one. Again, there nowt special. They are big and bulky. I prefer the schumacer filters. Must smaller and neat
  4. I've changes the diff oil in the front and rear, just the spider to go. I've also started world war 3 with the wife because of the mess!
  5. Hi all, I've just had a thought and I'm not sure if I'm talking out my butt. But,I'm in the process of changing my diff oils and couldn't help but notice that a diff with heavy oil in is harder to turn. Bearing in mind that yiu have 3 of them to turn, does it not put extra strain on the engine, and maybe limit the speed of the car. ?
  6. Thanks guys. Think ill try 552 as I've already got those oils. Hopefully it will help sort the understeer out? Any tips on filling the diffs up? I've got 2 standard ones an a spider in the middle.
  7. Ain't done anything to my hyper in a few months. Actually thought about it today though! It's a start.
  8. Chances are your running too lean. I don't know much about nitro, but when I first started running my car it was eating glow plugs. Turned out it was way too lean, even though it ran like a dream. Also os#8's are very good ????
  9. Hi guys. I know this has been talked about many times before. But I'm wondering what diff oil ratios you all are running? I've got a hyper pro and over winter will be replacing the oils. Been told it will help turn in. It's just for bashing So would like to know what your all running?
  10. Mine ain't normally that well tuned. Lack of experience I guess. That's why I'm so please!????
  11. Had my hyper out today for 5 mins. Ain't started it in over 5 months. And guess what? It started first time. Well chuffed! Just thought I'd share my good mood with you guy's! ????
  12. That is the pipe that came with the Byron filter. Ride hight looks ok. Then again it all depends on what terrain your driving on.
  13. It won't hurt to seal your engine. A simple, inexpensive job that will eliminate a possible cause.

I ain't read the whole of the thread. But do you know what ya hsn, lsn, and ya msn are? Your not getting ya needles mixed up are ya? Try these settings. There a good base setting. Works for me every time.
  15. Virus 2 factory settings for the .21 engine.
  16. Here u go. Hyper 7 Lay down air filter incl pre oiled foam & tube Hyper 7 Lay down air filter incl pre oiled foam & tube http://bit.ly/At6lUV
  17. Serpent for me. I've never owned one but the sheer ain't of engineering excellence in the 966 puts it at the top of the pile. IMO anyway
  18. Gonna gave to try some mt just to find out for my self now after all this discussion. So zzip and big bang are for cars?
  19. There are so many rude things to say about that. lol But I'll keep it clean. I'm an adult.
  20. What truck is that pictured above?
  21. Exchange it for some Byron. It's one of the best and you'll never have to worry about ya engine not holding a tune. Well, if it won't it'll not be because if the fuel. Mate uses mt. It stinks when it runs. Byron smells of roses. :-)
  22. My only general advice is to have patience. Once run in, you'll no dowt have tuning issues. Getting it to run right. It will take time to figure out lean and rich issues. But once you've got the hang of it, you'll love em.
  23. It also maybe too lean. That will kill ya plugs no matter what sort u use.
