Funding a new project so having to sell off a car Really love this car but willing to part with it :/ Xray XB8 Nitro, in good condition and runs well. Comes with starter box, glow start and all chargers. (will take a pic if interested) And any other bits I find that are for it. No radio gear as I need for other cars but most of you have that anyway I imagine! Looking for

Made and fitted a new rear wing And no its not real carbon, its just covered in carbon vinyl. Very happy with the appearance though! Also shows the shock restricting/lowering cables.

There is, you can buy a reverse module to slot straight into the gearbox. I haven't got the reverse module though...

Suspension stiffened and lowered due to its roly polyness and tested out on tarmac yard at school. Still needs tuning but running very well for its 2nd real outing. Got a mate from work to take it for a spin while I filmed.

Test 1: Running in the first engine before both can be used, coming towards the end of running in. This is the car running rich and only on a single engine.

Nearly ready to test fully. Rear wing and other cosmetic things like the cooling heads need changing still though.

Hi guys, I'm new to sort of the area (Clacton) Is anyone out tomorrow at all? Would like to meet some fellow RCers! Got some engine running in to do on my project and cant exactly do it in my flat! haha

Some more latest pics and a video of the throttle break system all sorted Shopping list now stands at: -Purple fuel lines -Purple exhaust coupling -2 new schumacher cooling heads -2 identical air filters (ones with 2 corners in the tube so they sit at the side of the engines) Still need to securely mount to fuel tank and make a new wing too as the other one wouldn't glue as it is PVC. As previously suggested by monsterman I may go for rear steering too as it I think I can do it relatively easily. Need to get it run in over the next week then it can be fully tested! Anyone else think of things i could do? Had to include some checkerplate

Finally I have been able to test the car! Not fully yet, but I have ran it on one engine (and no breaks as the servo still needs splicing) and I love the engine! Unfortunately there was no other teachers/pupils to film it but I was surprised with the amount of torque just the single engine has, took off like a shot despite weighing nearly a million tons... I did then fire up the second engine on its own to get it started on its running in. I did manage to get a video though, shows the car in its nearly completed state. I cannot wait to get both running, its going to sound amazing!

Latest Updates: Exhaust mounts made. Matching carbs, Tricky throttle linkage sorted (nearly done, just needs second ball joint fitting) Rear tower made in much tougher PVC (may still replace) Rear wing made.

I may use some Carbon Fibre... I think there is some spare at work from some greenpower racecars we have been making. Failing that ill get them laser cut in 7075...
