  2. Okay guys, I found a small model shop on holiday and as i was in the market for a 1/10th scale buggy I picked up a team c Jekyll. It looks a decent bit of kit, almost identical to the firestorm so i think it will be a tough little car. anyway, it is just the kit so im looking for recommendations for running gear. as most of my cars are infact mt's i want this to be something that is capable of some decent speed. so servo:

  6. But it is more fun then the revo and savage that I have owned !
  7. Just buy a mad force brushless, it only costs about 250, but after you have done fixing it, it's ends up costing more then both combined so that means it is the best truck ! As a bonus this truck also comes with 14 foot of UN necessary stearing linkage
  8. This is the mad force in it's defence position, it's in its defence position a lot !
  9. This ... I mean ... Just look at it ! It corners like a lunchbox, but worse !

  13. So my servo went up in smoke on my kyosho mad force, I knew it wouldnt last long, so I need a new digital servo to replace this one, it doesn't have to be anything too fancy just a digital spec. Any reccomendations guys please

thats true but we were racing identical tamiya lunchboxs so im just as big of an anorak

  16. Its just funny, we have been out with two identical ones tonight. confusing ! you can add foam and oil filled shocks to tame them on the corners. also a fith gearbox shock. but its all fun. I'v managed to smash my mad force body to bits tonight with a few wheelies. the lunchbox has been on it back 50 times ( because i broke the suspension and carried on going ) and only scratched the paint work, quick spray and it was sorted. tough as old boots
  17. I can only speak for myself, I bought mine purely for nostalgia purposes. And from fitting the steering servo to applying the last decal I have thoroughly enjoyed it, The first time I took it out I was 12 again No it's not fast, and yes the radio is worth double the amount of the car but its priceless to me. Some things don't live up to the memory and better left in the past. This is NOT one of them
