  3. Hi Basically I'm after a retro console or 2 either a super nintendo or a megadrive. Iv got an urge to re live some classics and hopefully help me through a hard time in my life. Anyway if you are willing to part with one of these give me a shout ! Many thanks. Dave

  6. will my buggy even run those. they look big lol
  7. okay so my mad rat is up and running on 2s with a 4000kv motor. everything is holding up well except the tyres, the rears are pretty dead now. any recommendations for some new ones ? i dont mind re-using the old wheels but im going to need more then one set so completes would be good too. could do with a set each of rears for sand, road and grass use. many thanks, forbs
  8. none of mine have come with deans, you need to learn how to solder in this hobby its imperative at times. plenty of youtube vids out there and irons are pretty cheap
  9. I bought one the other day and im seriously surprised how fast this little thing is, it does have a couple of downsides, one being the battery life and the fact its not removable
  10. im not too sure on this one, tamiya cars seem to take brushless really well and the gears stand up to the test, take the lunchbox for example. I'm not too sure how they fair on a motor that fast however edit: noj does know a thing or two about mass destruction
  11. *cough* http://www.modelsport.co.uk/hpi-savage-x-ss-4.6-kit/rc-car-products/392706 *cough*
  12. fair one mate, people like my hermes will collect from your house, i know what you mean about paypal, its a hard to send one of your prized possessions through the post only for the buyer to scam you and be refunded. good luck with the sale
  13. there is a little review on modelsport website outlining the issues. none of which would put me off. i have a team c product and it is very well made
  14. cracked esc case rendering it useless in the wet, also similar problem as above with the battery connector coming loose. both problems where swiftly sorted. I was thinking of getting a roller and sticking a trackstar combo in. i am very impressed with the 4000kv waterproof combo in my 1/10 jekyll. very fast, fan cooled, waterproofed and everything is securely encased in resin, the new firestorm esc looks up to the job
  15. No problem. Any reason why you can't post bud. Parcel to go offer reasonable rates
  16. Cool I'll keep my eyes open for one. Should not have got rid of mine but I got fed up of the running gear.

  18. That would be good. But I'm nut that lucky. What is the avarage price guys
  19. how much do firesorm rollers go for these days? i miss mine

  21. Hello chaps. i'm not very familiar with 2wd 1/10diffs on my new jakyl/team c buggy. should the diff be done up tight or should it be able to slip like the slipper clutch ? the instructions on this model are not very good. many thanks, David
