No idea on size, the booklet on how to build the chassis up just says cen racing ctr 5.0 but says nothing about the engine?

Hi everyone, I got a cen racing ctr 5.0 nitro car second hand a while back, bringing it back out to play, the pull start is broken and need a new one but don't know what engine this is to be able to buy the right pull start for it, there are no part numbers or any writing on the engine, could someone please help, thanks, here are the pics:

Yep I have, both green 27 MHz.

Basically I've charged the car and transmitter, when I turn the car on all is ok, I then turn on the transmitter and then the front wheels of the car start twitching and have a spasm even though I'm not touch the controller, and when I do try to use the controller ie steering, nothing happens, what am I doing wrong :'( I'm a total newbie with these rc cars, Any help appreciated peeps.
