    Give Richard Styles a ring at King Cobra Racing (formerly Rossendale Models), the guys there know FG's inside out and will be able to get any parts and upgrades you need for them. Richard's dad Bob brought FG's to the UK as a distributor around 1990 and they have sold them ever since.

    Looking for a FG MT shell in good condition. My ideal colour is white but condition is more important than colour. Will also consider fibreglass providing it is a decent finish. TIA

    Think it was only used a couple of times. Is Lee Quarry decent for all scales of RC? Not been up for years - before they built the MTB trails. What do you take up there?

    Anyone know where I can get a set of the wheel spiders from that grip the wheel for rounded off wheel squares?

    Fuel wise, if it was running rich it could have fouled the plug. Do you have a kill switch fitted? A low receiver battery could have cut the switch in and you wouldnt be able to start it until the battery was charged.

    New plastic hubs are cheap enough. Adjust the end point setting on your tx and see if that makes it any better

    It will be the rose joints needing to be screwed in a bit more. The 4wd conversion instruction manual gives guide dimensions and I seem to remember having the same problem on the first run out when I converted mine.     I forgot I took a punt on a Blue Bird 630mg throttle servo which is in my marder. Sure it has 14kgs of torque so was pretty decent for the brakes and never had any problems with it. Will probably just leave that in the marder and go with new for the bug though

    I was looking at Savox before I stopped using it so will look at them, thanks, and will check out the standard sized for throttle. Do hydro brakes need a higher torque servo? Never had them on before only cables which were a pain so didnt stay on long so just used a layshaft tuning brake which is pretty good even with the 645

    It has twin Hitec jumbos (805bb I think) for steering and standard sized Hitec 645mg for throttle at the minute

    I have been out of the hobby for a couple of years but getting back into it starting with adding hydros to my FG bug (thanks Carpmart). Before I got out of it I was looking at getting new steering and throttle servos but things have probably moved on a lot since then. What would you recommend for each?

    Looking for a half decent set of hydros for the front of my FG. Not been around for a couple of years so cant remember which are decent and which to avoid! Seem to remember Mecatech being ok but any reminders be much appreciated and if anyone has any for sale let me know. TIA.

Looking for something for me & the kids to take away in the motorhome.......the petrol cars are a bit too big lol! Appreciate they are small and wont have the ground clearance of larger cars but would they run ok off road or on a beach or would they be pretty useless?
