Hi Sorry to bump this old thread but i've just dug out the mini inferno and i'm looking to finally finish off the conversion 🙂 i just need a 2 channel 27MHZ receiver that will accept the connection from the stock steering servo and the new one i got as part of the Trackstar 1/18 scale brushless power system https://hobbyking.com/en_us/trackstar-1-18th-scale-14t-brushless-power-system-4300kv.html Cheers Gaz

  8. Hi, I think I've found the issue... The tx rx that was originally fitted was kyosho ra-11 so I'll need to get a new tx and rx won't I to be able to connect this up? Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

  12. ok I've got the battery connected ???? when I turn the car on it makes a space Invaders sound, followed by two beeps but then the led just keeps flashing
  13. hi I've just bought the trackstar 6100kv kit from hobbyking, I've removed the old motor and fitted the brushless, I'm a bit confused with the wiring though. how do I connect the lipo? the old battery connector went into a little black block, so I took that off and put the red and black wires from the esc into this proper confused and the instructions that came with the motor are pants please help before I end up blowing the car up ????

  17. will all that fit within the inferno? would that battery pack be better than the stock one with the inferno? also is the motor a 380?

Hi, i'm after a brushless motor, ESC and lipo that's compatible with the mini inferno 1/18. i've seen the bundle on hobbeyking but going off what i've read on here the esc would melt under load from the motor..so ideally i'm after something that isn't going to turn my kyosho into a puddle of plastic cheers gaz
  19. not the best start for me thinking "i'll find everything myself" they do a combi-pack 7.5t but i searched here and saw that they put a motor in with an esc that can't actually handle it. ***EDIT*** this is the bit that i mentioned above about the motor & esc not being compatible in the bundle they offer: ESC Specification: Cont.
