  1. Remove the kill switch or check the wires my mate had the exact same issue you described and when we tried everything without success we removed the kill switch and there it was the coating on the wires had melted just enough to cause a short. rerouted new wires and not an issue since.
  2. Pity you wouldn't pay by Paypal as I've a mint hyper St for sale
  3. The short course model won't be available till next year, out so i was told by staff in fg modelsports. The new models have a longer wheel base and a different servo tray layout. I picked up a 4wd fg Baja in June and i couldn't be happier, great buggy easy to work on and quick enough for my first buggy

  13. Hi cheers for the lenghty reply. Idont have any pics of where the grass had built up, but when he removed the cover of the pullstarter that's where the grass was. I can't do anything now as I'm in Spain on hols but will pass on the info to him. The only thing i can think of that happenedhappened was the clutch bell and spur gear carrier worked lose and he lost 2 bolts holding it on. As he was running it, it suddenly made a whirring noise and cut out. Would something else have worked loose
  14. Hi guys myself and Keith brought or new fg models out for a bit of a bash and evening went well for a few mind until keiths beetle just would not fire up. Keith removed the crankcase cover and removed alot of grass age then fitted it back and itit only ran for a few mins and died again. We tried my plug in it and still no joy reset needless back to factory no joy. Its a new truck with new engine. What would be causing this? Also my buggy a Fg Baja started fine but after driving around low speed when i went to give it some gas she bogged down and cut out. Were both new to this gameso not sure whats going on. Manuals are no help. Any information welcome guys.
