  1. Anyone here who knows if it will actually be available in Europe? I've never seen Duratrax for sale in Europe and I need one! (The red one!)
  2. I'm 12, so it's not embarrassing for me to drive my RC's. Because I'm only 1,37 m. Everybody around the park thinks I'm cute! It goes away after I pull the trigger...

    Average age?

12! I'm the youngest in the thread yet! 35 days till my birthday!
  4. Hmm... 9 votes VS 2 votes. Looks like I'm gonna get an E-Firestorm Flux! I was also looking at the Savage XS, but everybody who already has one is only having trouble. I'll wait for HPI to resolve the issues before I buy one. Thanks for the advice!
  5. Hello, I'm going to get some money soon and I don't know which one to buy. I'm a basher and I like powerful and speedy cars. I also like pretty controllable but still powerful cars. I want to drive on short grass, pavement and dirt and also want to jump a bit (± 6 feet high). What should I get? The new Waterproof (not that I care about that) E-Firestorm Flux or The new Waterproof Blitz and a Castle Brushless combo The blitz would cost me about €65,- more then the E-Firestorm. Please vote in the poll above. I hope you can help me! With kind regards, Rcforme.
  6. Are you going to make a track with the fake snow or something like that?
  7. So awesome... must resist it... Cant resist, too awesome... Need to... OKAY I'M GONNA GET THAT LAZER!!!! The price in € will be about €239,- RTR (includes Perfex KT18) and €189,- for car only. (Found on German Kyosho website.)

    Win a Micro-T!

Darn! I'm 1 month and 28 days too young for a Facebook account. Can I submit my answer here? my guess is 1114
  9. It's a new screw. The 1.5 mm and 2.0 mm have loads of slop, the 2.5 mm has some slop and I don't know how much slop the 3.0 mm has because I don't have any 3 mm screws. I tested the stock (low quality) Traxxas 2.0 mm wrench and the Mini 2.0 mm Hex Driver and the Traxxas one had only half the slop of the EDS one.
  10. Nope, I use the 2 mm hex driver (says 2.0 mm on the handle) with a 2 mm screw and it can turn about 25 degrees without any resistance.
  11. Hello, I bought a EDS Racing 4 piece Mini Tool set (1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0 mm) and it has tons of slop. My stock Traxxas wrench has even less slop! What can I do to take the slop out?! With kind regards, Rcforme.
  12. My RPC Racing screw kit arrived today (I'l probably install it tomorrow) and I didn't find any self tapping screws in the bag, so: Would screwing an M3 screw into the hole of a self tapping screw strip or damage anything?
  13. Everybody says it looks awful, but I'm in love with it! I want a electric version!
  14. I used a screwdriver with the perfect size for the screws. I already found a stainless steel hex screw kit: http://www.rpcracing.co.uk/ourshop/prod_1462501-HPI-Racing-Bullet-MT-FLUX-Screw-Kit.html
  15. I got my bevel gear in and installed it. i was almost done and... A stripped screw head! I only had one breakage on my Bullet and already stripped two screws in the repair process. How do I stop stripping screws? I used a high quality (Hudy Tools) screwdriver and pressed it in really hard. The screw I stripped is a M3x10mm countersunk screw. Can anyone help me?
  16. Nice pics, but can't you resize them. The page is really hard to read and it makes my MacBook slow... Btw, I've seen a video of a 1/10 smashing into a brick at 103 mp/h. The only thing left was about 500 pieces and a brick smashed in half. Even the motor, ESC, servo and receiver where torn to pieces and/or crushed. Let's get back on topic again!
  17. Do you actually crash the car with the Losi arms on?
  18. @Si: How fast was that pan car going? 25 mp/h? And the Micro-T? 10 mp/h? That means 35 x 36 = 1260 mp/h scale collision speed. If you smash anything into anything at 1260 mp/h scale speed it will break.
  19. It's not only about the amount of plastic, it's also about the plastic itself. From my experience, Traxxas plastic is better then Losi plastic. Also, remember: Losi is a pretty big company and their micro's have a decent amount of aftermarket. Traxxas is a HUGE company, so you can assume future Micro Models would have a lot of aftermarket.
  20. I was talking about the micro's and mini's. I broke a Mini-T hub carrier on a 10 mp/h rollover and have never ever broken a Traxxas Mini hub carrier even in extreme crashes. I didn't even pop the balls out on a crash!
