lol after my last post i blew up a shok lol was just wonderin wat the weight of shok oil in standard savage shoks?

i never knew so many people on this site had Mk2's lol so heres mine.. Its a 91 model 1.6 driver, just had new rocker cover gasket fitted, electrical terminals cleaned, new accelerator cable, and lots more cos it was foooked lol now its alllot better picks up like a beast but i cant drive it on roads yet as im still 16 but only 2 months till 17 I hav lots of plans but have no MK2 contacts for mods and parts so if you know of any drop us a line. here are sum pics And this is what i sortof hav planned for it

ahhh looks like im not gonna be able to get a shell for it then? unless i can get a small shell about 3 or more mm thick then cut it down and shape it backto size??

yeah lol weigh it down a bit and the electrics are soo dam light i thought it wudnt matter.

Hi guys for the past 3 days i have been custom building a electric front wheel drive short wheelbased car! I think its a first ,from what i know, for a front wheel drive rc car. It has been a difficult challenge but so far its goin well, fingers crossed, it has taken alllllot of customisation and fabrication of some parts but its been fun. I used parts from a road car ive had for a while to make the front and rear wheel set up (susspension, wishbones, bulkheads all that stuff) I used a spare Rustler chassis for the chassis but as you will see it has basically been cut in half The hardest part was making the front wheel drive work with the steering assembly, but i managed to work it out after about 3 hours!! It is not complete yet i only need a few parts like wheel hexs, pins, a battery pack that i need to make and custom made drive shafts from RS4 (although he hasn't answerd my PM yet ) Also i had to move the susspension further into the wishbones as the steering arms were rubbing this took me ages to figure out because moving the suspension in didnt solve it completely! But me being me i didnt think of the obvious thing putting the steering arms on the underside but atleast it was done. Now here are some pics of what i did and how far i am at the moment......... I had to fabricate 2 plastic supports for the servo to sit on. 1) 2) Its still in the making so may look a bit shabby. ALSO DO YOU THINK A MINI T BODY WILL FIT? OR WHAT SIZE IS A MINI T SHELL? Leeeeee.
