file a flat spot on the pin were the screw touches it, this way the screw will have more contact area. some people also put some heat shrink on the hub over the pin.

It's worth you getting a walbro carb and that will eliminate it being your carb also the stock carb on there is terrible to hold a tune so worth changing anyway.

Normally we don't take deposit for anything and the only reason we have done it on this is because we was asked to. We have even been offered full payment for them. If it had not been requested we wouldn't of ever offered it. I never take anything personally and if I did I would be in wrong job as everybody is entitled to an opinion and unless something like this is done people would not have an option to air there own views.

Wow. Who thought a bit of wording would do this. Delivery it due mid may (depending on custom clearence times and any other deleys.) It is currently bobbing around on the salty waves. The deposit is just to keep things fair we don't want loads saying I will have then others having to choose something else due to stock, then originalin all buyer saying oh I change mind or I think I will have something else. This way only serious buyers will pay the deposit. We are not out to be unfriendly or unfair and I don't see why it's taken as such, yes maybe a date but then if it's delayed be one our control we will just have more issue ( you said it would be here by this date so I want my money back). I'm sorry if the wording has bothered some but it was not ment to.
