    Just got myself a second charger, its the dogs bollocks, CORE RC UAC-50 DIGITAL CHARGER (AC/DC) LiPo + NiMH, waiting on some Turnigy nano tech 8400 3s 40-80c lipos!!!

    Just been chatting to the blokes with the vaders and purchased Turnigy nano-tech 8400mah 3S 40~80C!!! if you hover over them for a while they offer you a discount!!! will just need to put some deans on them when they arrive, Another chap with the vader was having same issues with cutting out and he had faulty battery which I think was my problem, purchased one of them second hand, that will teach me!!!

    I think you could be right about the battery, one of them was brought second hand!! when will I ever learn, this was the one that started to swell and is no slightly fatter!!! I may have to take you lead and got to the hobbyking site and get the discount!!!, fingers crossed!!!

    Is it easy enough to change to 11t pinion, having never done it before? is there tutorial or videos available to show how its done?

    Vader comes with standard 10t pinion and a few of the have swapped to 11t and state a big difference, so will order myself a 11t, got to look at some difference lipos and Danny has put me in touch with all soldering gear needed so I can change packs to deans connectors, he has also offered to pop round to give me a lesson as I have never attempted it before so fair play totally will take him up on that offer!!!

    doesn't appear to be the esc, it beeps 6 times when I have 6s (2x3s) fitted it runs well then cuts again, then if I recall has red showing, will have to experiment and see although batteries did get warm!!!
